Prayers for all those affected by this horrible storm. May they be guided to safety. Have Faith. Don't give in. Don't give up.
No one can stop the storms....there will be many many many more and they will be getting worse and worse because repubs won't admit climate change is real. If they don't keep that stance, then the American Oligarchy( Fossil Fuel Co's & billionares) won't keep donating to the CPAC and paying off Republican Confressmen and trump , in order to have all Clean air regulations removed and they can keep drilling and the pollution will just keep coming.. its not hard to see when trump is on video promising his rich donors tax breaks and trump keeps saying "drill, baby, drill"... btwMatt Gaetz voted against federal disaster relief! That's the GQP for ya
bwahahahaha
but get OUT. FLEE to the mountains, as the word says....as Lot and his family did...
@DexterRose The very same reaction after the ladies see you naked 😅
I’m glad people are evacuating. I hope they get to where they are heading to safely.
I lived in S.Fla for 25yrs and my family didn't ever Evacuate, but then there were no orders to leave. When we saw Category 5 Hurricane Andrew coming toward us we packed the car and got out. We knew Hurricanes well and when we saw Andrew we knew we had to avoid it. Turned out to be a very wise choice by the way. I hope people in the Tampa Bay area near the water take heed, a 15 foot storm surge will be higher than the 2nd Story Ceiling of your house. I can't imagine not evacuating.
Always better safe than sorry. Some people always depend on others to let them know when it's time to leave that's last minute thinking and the roads are crowded by then
I'm in east GA and still don't have power from Helene. A LOT of people out here left for Atlanta last week. Good luck to everyone.
PLEASE TAKE ALL YOUR PETS WITH YOU !!! DONT LEAVE THEM BEHIND ! I am praying for all of you 🙏🙏🙏 Please God , help these people! My love and blessings from Washington.
They’ll be fine. Leave ‘em.. they’ll just drag you down and prevent you for entering the better shelters..
Cállate Big Pendejo !
And half of those cars will run out of gas stalling in line before they get to Georgia
With the dock worker strike, and a 2nd hurricane 🌀 toilet paper water food store up on too

Mike is the smartest man I’ve heard all day. Get out. There are no awards for bravery.
Actually there are quite a few😂😂😂 but I know what you mean
Purple Heat doesn't count, okay.
I think part of this evacuation is the fact that Helen did so much devastation that mentally they know the risk isn't worth the chance.
Keep in mind Floridians got hit hard during Helene just like NC, many have no where to hide anymore and have no choice but to leave.
God bless you all. Praying 🙏 for everyone.
I have family and friends in St. Petersburg, FL. Praying for everyone 🙏🏽
I hope nobody leaves his animals 😮
God Bless America 🙏❤️🙏
May God bless all that are leaving. Life is short, don’t take chances. Material things can be replaced. Lives can’t!!!
Just think, there's dozens of truckers that are driving to Florida to deliver supplies and some will get stranded
My daughters dad lives in Florida
Why isn’t the army/military personnel drafted in to help? They could help with evacuations, have gas on hand, clear roads, etc.
We in Georgia are full
I'd take a snow storm in the Midwest over this, any day....
Snowstorm are not bad. Stock up be prepared to be snowbound and get your snowman building skills ready. Oh make sure you have lots of warm clothes, dress in layers. And wool socks along with good waterproof footwear and you're all set
I am in Michigan they can have Florida.
Hell no, I’m a Florida native and I can’t imagine being stuck inside your houses surrounded by 15ft of snow. Lol!
I’ll take the tornados in Tennessee before a hurricane.
Yah but both are shit, I’ve lived in Wisconsin 29 years, I’m ready to go somewhere warmer but without it being too close to the hurricanes
Only 3 ways out of Florida into Georgia 75,301, 95 South Georgia hasn't even recovered yet bad move Valdosta on I-75 to Tifton GA is a roadblock be safe and consider yourself warned
What do poor folks do who dont have wheels or cant affort the trip ?
Exactly, they not talking about that
Maybe Trump can use a sharpie again to turn the storm away?
Unfortunately, they hunker down or pray they are able to get shelter in open shelters in the community.
There are designated shelters provided by the government
R you saying the Camel could cackle louder and longer to scare the storm away?
God take control and keep everyone safe
I mean, they made and knew this was going to happen since the dawn of time.
Amen.🙏❤️🙏

@@Christina-kn1lq Okay thanks
Many older people are summer & snow birds who have mid year homes in western north Carolina and winter time homes in Florida. They are about to have lost BOTH.
Extremely interesting and informative!
I think I'd head over to Alabama; Georgia might get crowded.
They will eventually have to think of somewhere else to go
I believe it's climate change causing these unusual weather events. I grew up in Miami-Dade but I'd never seen so many storms back to back. It's good to see people being proactive and getting out of the path of the storm. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
There were 4 storms to hit FL back to back in 2004.
Hurricanes have existed long before humans have. The Earth spinning causes weather…if the Earth didn’t spin weather storms, tornadoes, hurricanes wouldn’t exist….you can’t stop the Earth from spinning…so you can never stop these storms from creating. The planet has always had bad hurricanes and good hurricanes….it just depends on what is going on at that particular time. Sometimes we have several bad hurricanes per season and sometimes we only have less damaging hurricanes….they haven’t gotten worse than they used to be…it’s always been random. People just don’t pay much attention because these storms hit different areas of land each season….some hit just the Islands, some hit Central America, some Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and some hit anywhere along the East Coast…some turn and head to Europe.….and most people don’t pay attention unless it’s pointed out that it’s heading their way.
I just feel so bad for the dinosaurs they must have been shocked when the climate changed for them it was probably a once-in-a-lifetime event😅
I believe you don't realize the Earth goes closer or further away from the sun in 115,000 year cycles anyway
@@starshine3588 hurricanes are fueled by warm water and rapid evaporation of warm water leading to low pressure areas that fuel hurricanes. It’s wild to me people still somehow don’t believe releasing trillions of tons of greenhouse gases without taking ANY out doesn’t have a greenhouse effect. increases global temperatures means hotter oceans which means more hurricanes.
Just think... they're probably wondering if they'll have a home to come back to.
Bring ya hard drives, photo albums, guns & ammo, gold, silver, jewelry, etc. cause it might be the last things you see
Yep, gtfo. Thats all you can do. Be safe, survive, and rebuild. Good luck and God bless.

Good luck to all. My ex lives in Tampa region and I hope she is safe.
How to be safe in #5 ?

But I am glad that we couldn't rent an apartment in 2020

Please evacuate, be safe 💔😭
I am thinking about the sick people in the hospitals 😔😥
This might be a good time to pack up and move far away from the paths of hurricanes. Just a thought.
To Montana
Now even Tennessee is at risk from hurricanes even though they're a landlocked state not even near the coast. Where you going to move to? Nebraska?
@@L-S-001this hurricane remnant that struck Atlanta and Asheville etc. was just a freak occurrence. Florida deals with this garbage on a yearly basis it seems.
Prayers for safety and stable health for all the evacuees. Have faith everyone.
In Florida The Governor says it is a 1 in 100 year storm all the time that people start to lose interest......There needs to be a storm rating scale because experts are like the boy who cried wolf. They do it so often in Florida that people stop paying attention.
Good, Helene scared you. My prayers go with you.
The sad part and i mean sad part is they probably won't have a home to come back to.
Why do ya still live in Florida?
Exactly
Natural disasters happen everywhere.
Go read a book.
Yeah, everywhere has natural disasters. Western US has earthquakes, wildfires, and droughts. Midwest has tornadoes. Snowstorms and blizzards up north. Everywhere has something.
"cuz were spoiled boomers and we can't stand winters which ever drop below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, even though we're inside on the internet 12 hours a day anyway."

2 lane 95 runs for hundreds of miles in Florida and that is a problem for traffic
I wouldnt go north, the north areas just got hit 2 weeks ago . GO SOUTH TOWARDS Miami
Be blessed you can leave , reach out to others who may refuse to leave. 😅
Smart move. My neighbors just flew into winter paradise to arrive just South of Orlando.
Find somewhere safe, and make sure you are well stocked up on supplies, when the storm hits, there will be a lot of carnage.
2 to 3 days preparation..
God be with you all prayers❤

Now is when incoming traffic should be rerouted & both lanes out going.
Im moving back to Detroit the weather down here alone is infamous

This hurricane came out of nowhere, barely any advance warning to take precaution and this is in the mist of the aftermath from another powerful hurricane. We need to do a better job in predicting the weather more accurately and faster
How are folks paid during these situations? Are companies forced to still pay them?
Real floridians will be outside with their shirts off trying to push the hurricane away
😜
LMAO, Ellijay? Dahlonega? Who TF came up with this. Go to Columbus, Macon, hell go to Enterprise AL. These people will run out of gas and find no affordable rooms in those areas.
When you come to Ga my state! Bring all the cash you can. We need the money here!
' ! 🌀 ! WISHING ALL WELL ! 🌀 ! ' ! ❤️ ! *
They are lined up because of an accident.
I have family in St Pete... One refuses to leave, the other has a full tank of gas and might run at the last minute (he ain't leaving either). The place is designed to get hit with a hurricane. We're talking concrete buildings that have been hit with countless hurricanes in the past. They took a poll of Floridians, asking what they do to prepare for a hurricane... #1 answer (65%): Nothing. They are very familiar with the fear porn.
The best case scenario is that you're over prepared. The worst case scenario is that you could be flooded out and washed away by being arrogant.
Fla. Dot need to close one of the incoming lane for outgoing traffic
You don’t have to go to just Georgia….you can drive west into the Panhandle of Florida. Once this storm crosses the state and exits back into the ocean it could turn into Georgia or any part of the east coast. Plus if everyone is heading to Georgia…traffic will be backed up.
OH MY GOD
I'm glad I left the South. Too crowded, traffic just a headache living in the South.
