Denial- Clocktown, as all of it's Citizens deny they're horrible fate... Anger- Woodfall, where a civilian is tortured for a crime he did not commit... Bargaining- Snowhead, where a fallen warrior dies due to the selfishness of his own brothers... Hope- Great Bay, Where a Fallen warrior is given a second chance to save his people... Depression- Ikana, Where a King continues to fight a war which has long since ended... Acceptance- Termina, Where all people must accept that they have met with a Horrible fate, and are doomed to be crushed by a falling moon.
Interesting take. I would also place the Gorons with denial, for they cannot grasp that their hero is gone and unable to come back and save them. They hold onto the belief that he will.
I read years ago that the theme for this game was based on death and its different faces and aspects. It would be a climatic aspect as well if this was Link overcoming his own death despite his notoriety in Hyrule and how death strikes down even the best of us.

(i was actually yelling that at the screen when i saw the cutscene)
Not shocked to hear multiple cases of parents using zelda music to let their babies listen to. Makes me happy to have been a teenager and scared senseless of the creepy giants! Oh well, I'm sure when they grow up and play the game they'll be angry with their parents eventually. lol

I seriously can't be the only one that noticed that the oath to order is the "puzzle solved" jingle after five bags of weed... (slowed down way too much)
Fun fact about that hill inside the moon, it's shaped like the mask of truth for some reason, with the tree acting as the eye. No idea what the symbolism there is though.
Even in the brightest places in the Game like Clock town or Termina field, the game still seems dark. Maybe because there's a giant killer moon right above your head....
