Adelaide's local beach

In this episode we are down the beach playing around with some new drones. I always take a rod out with me and it played of this time with a school of Austailian salmon just of the beach. We where at a local beach to Adeliade which often have school of fish come through in the winter months. Was so cool to see my lure scare the fish, given us some awesome drone footage! was taken a few weeks ago

@@campabout Also lots of fun at the table feeding it to people as well , and their look disbelief after they ask what is this fish it's really good .

@@ravenfeader nice! Smoked?? You may need to give me your recipe. I mostly use them for bait! Smoked one once then before it got to the plate I dropped it into the sand! S#@T wasn't happy

@@campabout I love smoking salmon and it's great just like that or use in salads , sushi , wraps , chowders , or whatever you're into . There is no problem with using salmon fresh anyway you like eating fish really if you do this . Always brain spike and bleed for sashimi , gut and then straight into saltwater ice slurry before the next fish . At home fillet , skin , bone quick wash then important to pat dry properly . gladwrap and store in fridge till your ready. I have tried all sorts of ways to freeze it but have failed with that but good bait anyway .

Any mental lure buddy! Little $5 slugs works well! Heaps of fish around you should get a few! 🤙
