A quick helpfully hint. If you turn the slicer on its end up you'll see a small Allen head bolt and nut on the square rail. Loosen the bolt a bit and back off the Allen head bolt just a smidgen and retighten the nut. The rail will slide like butter now won't need to lube it so much now.
Please display the detailed correct Lubricant jell and spray oil for the Hobart slicer. and the company I can order these lubricants on line. Thank you.
I have a Berkel 825a Pro. The top of the blade is exposed by about 3/32" at the top. The bottom front blade is flush. How do you adjust the plate gauge so that is parallel with the blade?? Thanks

Hi I have one as well mine is loosing power when slicing meat? Any suggestions? Thanks
my slicer appears identical to yours. have u ever fixed the one button?
I got a Hobart 1612, when I zero it, the pans not flush with blade. And it won’t turn past zero. What can I do to fix?
Where can u but it at
I went to the website and there were no silicone lubricants.
I use Pam original cooking spray to lubricate mine. Been doing this for years never any problems works great...
