The Baye Fall in Senegal are some extraordinary muslims, who are recognizable by their gigantic dreadlocks and colorful ornaments. At this spiritual branch of the Islam, you can live in absolute peace as a muslim. They live by the rules of the Marabout, their spiritual leader. Abdou Aziz is one of Baya Falls muslims and tells us they're fiercely against violence. Whenever someone does use violence, the Marabout immediately calls the police.

Let me just set the record straight as a practicing Senegalese Muslim women. These three men that you see in the video are what we call sheikhs... meaning they are teachers of the religion. Senegalese people do not "worship" them. They are the most well known teachers of Islam in Senegal. On the contrary many Senegalese muslims aim to be as pious and righteous as those men were. That's all it is.

Brother @ibrahim mohammed i think you're mising the point here. they are not worshiping the sheikh Serigne Touba, they are looking up to him the same way we look up to our sahaba and they have the same morals as him,(solving proplems without violence) and he has the same morals as our prophet (peace of allah be upon him). so this are people who has been influenced by him. SERIGNE TOUBA MEANS THE SERVANT OF THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD (PBUH). SERIGNE TOUBA SHOWED SIGNS OF SANCTITY AT A VERY YOUNG AGE. HIS MOTHER SAID THAT SHE DID NOT FEEL HER PREGNANCY. SHE SAID THAT SHE EXPERIENCED NO PAIN DURING THE BIRTH OF SERIGNE TOUBA.
