Self-control! SELF-CONTROL! As a recovered drug addict I had no Self-control. I couldn't stop using by myself. & People talking to me about a higher power helping me MADE NO SENSE TO ME!
I knew that God was peace & love. I was a hippie, peace✌️ love 💞dove🕊️! But when I understood that the fruit of the spirit ~the very attributes of God himself~ Our free gift the Holy Spirit, who was now in me, could help me live in the nature of God. Love • joy • peace • patience • kindness • goodness • faithfulness • gentleness • SELF-CONTROL! I could finally believe that I could quit, I could leave that lifestyle behind. That was 40 years ago. SELF-CONTROL❣️ 😊
July 4th was my last day of smoking and drinking. I have to pray to God everyday to give me strength. I don't want to go back!

When I look around at what's happening with society, I give thanks. I give thanks to God for saving me from it all. I give thanks that God chose me to call me His own. No greater love has anyone than this... He gave his life to give us life.

I'm not scared of my eyes growing dark and dim, for when they do, the brightest light will shine!! Son of GOD..There was a time I would think about dying, but now just waiting to see Christ in the heavens coming for his bride.
Hoping I'll walk on up as Enoch and Elijah did..but if not. Just would like to fall asleep in as the sun is setting.
I pray no tragic last minutes or bodily pain but if its GODs will, SO BE IT!!

@Crazy Canuck In the parable of Lazarus and the rich man, the rich man did not believe either, until he found himself in hell. There was a gulf fix between the two. He begged Abraham to send Lazarus to go and tell his living brothers, it is real. He was even still trying to be in command and ordering Lazarus around. He had no more authority, nor power. You may read the following to see the answer. You need to listen to God’s word from the Bible, and the ones that share it and to find Jesus Christ while you can because once you take your last breath, there are no do-overs.

Why did Paul never mention hell? He wrote right after the death of Jesus.

None of us are. That's why God had to become man and Die to save us
You are good enough if you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Build your relationship with him and the Sanctification process will occur naturally. Sinning is not looked upon with favor, but we are all naturally flawed. Nobody is sinless but the goal is to sin less. The sins of all believers will be forgiven. Just don't purposefully take advantage of God's mercy and grace.

As the fucked up Deciple, this topic has weighed heavily on my mind. One thing I have learned through my lives, I keep ending up the same place, (Hell). It is a horrible predicament. But, I never had much luck preaching to the choir. I guess I haven't spent my time wisely (memorizing the right words). I know some of the original 10 Commandments are a lie. That's why Jesus came back in the first place, to give us a fair chance at atonement. We have so much to learn. And it isn't going to be a walk in the park for the large majority of us. Some of us just please The Father naturally.
Lucifer talks to The Father every day. They are as close as ever. He is busy granting our wishes in his own Diabolical way. Just imagine good Angel's doing The Fathers work in Hell. The Bad Angel's are here, in this galaxy, plotting and scheming. The other defeated, maimed Angel's have left the galaxy with their tails between their legs. I really wonder where they think they are going? Lol! 🤘😎

Phil you mention drugs and addiction many times in your videos. Can you do a video for people who are in treatment or just about to kick their habit. What to do spiritually what can help spiritually. Cause when you're almost done treatment it seems like the devil is really fighting you more than before. Thank you for everything you do.
