Is it any special type of paneer? Bcoz, we generally see Paneer is pure white in color, but this one is cream color

Thank you for the recipe. I tried making it. But after I added condensed milk and heated it, the paneer left quite a bit of water. So the final product dint really come together. Ate it as such. It was tasty but I donno why that happened

That's disheartening I can understand. I there are few possibilities which could cause that situation.
1. If paneer had water in it already which is a common thing in packaged paneer.
2. If condensed milk was cold hand paneer puree was hot already.
If you still can't find the cause I would suggest you to mix condensed milk with the paneer in the blender and cook the mixture altogether. Hope this will help you :)

Use sugar instead of condensed milk. Add sugar in the blender while making puree and cook the mixture. Hope this will help you :)

Have you tried it? I bet not. Sandesh always have subtle sweetness, it's not gulab jamun you know to be overloaded with sugar syrup :)
