Charlie currently im working under an agency that works with roofers and home remodelors. I have booked a few appointments but regularly i face a issue of trust from them therefore none of them close. Do you think people in that niche need educating first then pitching bcz they dont know if lead gen will help them get more clients?
do a free roofing inspection sheet and give them to give their clients. if you sell them marketing services then get them appointments with their clients or if they are usually overworked help them hire roofing talent for free
How do you guys deal with an objection if a client says that they would be interested of working together in the future but right now they already have an agency? Is there a way to deal with that objection? Would love to hear your input in this.
In business there is no loyalty unless they are married to them or family which means if you have done a good job in the sales process then they would have picked you, however if the objection comes up early in the sales process then the worst thing you can do is defending/justifying why they should go with you instead. This is the trap most people fall into. Instead put your foot down, push them away and act like you don't need them(because you DON'T, THEY are the ones with the problem, not YOU). So you say something along these lines: "Would your loyalty to them prevent you from looking at other offers?" Prospect: No "Right i mean you would look at it but you wouldn’t work with another agency right?"

how long is their contract with the other agency? if its something like 1 month I would say get a deposit from them to "secure their spot"
