This is awesome! Either doing the CR920X or the XP for my carry gun. Nice to know this is now available as well to go with either gun! Happy Thanksgiving to everyone at Shadow Systems
Trevor I need a +5 for this gun. In all seriousness thanks for releasing this. I just ordered a couple. Cr920x is easily one of my favorite handguns and the foundation models value beats the Glock by a mile especially when your 15 round mags cost about the same as their 10 rounders
Looks like a lot of us are having similar issues. Time for the engineers to get involved and resolve this. Spring is getting bunched up after the 16th round. Its getting cought on something (follower maybe) and not compressing straight. Preventing the extra rounds to be loaded.
@@yuandyrodas8363 we have seen mags get very tight with certain brands (example Fiocchi 147 FMJ) of ammo but never less than 18. Can you give us a call when you have a moment and reference this comment? I’d like to know more about ammo and maybe have you send your mag in (I’ll send you a new one in advance). I just need to see an example of this for myself to understand what’s going on. Thanks. Trevor
Can you guys do a video about the current state of your qc, what it looks like, and durability testing on the guns, how many rounds can they go without cleaning or maintenance? What is the minimal amount of maintenance you would say is allowable to keep the gun reliable. What is the highest round count you guys have gotten on one of these current production guns, and what state is it in afterwards? My question comes from the fact that glock's track record for reliability coupled with their longstanding common use means there are lots of "tests" and anecdotes one can find for the expected life of parts on the gun, expected round count before failures become common or average round count between failures, stuff like this. I think it would be nice if manufacturers would try to give ballpark numbers for this stuff too and just be upfront and honest about what they are finding in their own in-house testing.
Go away nerd. Regular gun dudes don't give a fuck about all that technical mumbo jumbo. Everything you asked for is the type of shit the FBI or some military branch would be asking for during a selection process for a new gun. TH-cam videos is not for that.
@rafaeldelgado29 17 is working better. I think they've over powered these springs because they are super concerned with feeding reliably but this may be too far.
@@stephenflemon8609 that's my exact thought. At first I thought it was me being fucked up or something, taking out the round and counting as I load em back in few times. Max count was 17 as you had said. Then I sat back and thought may be just the springs for the concerns but also still able to have the handgun run smoothly. Tested the slide, racking through full mags hoping for no catching or anything. Tomorrow morning I'm hitting the range and see what happens then
As Wilson Combat recommends, using their flat wire springs; leave the magazine fully loaded for a couple days to break the spring in. That worked with mine.
The CR920XP is the only firearm to have unseated my Staccato CS "2024 edition" from the top spot. The +3 extension will put the CR902XP out of reach for the foreseeable future.
It would be even better if you could show how this new model can be combined with the CR920P! Maybe old customers can't buy the new CR920X, but they would rather buy new magazines to enhance the firepower of the old CR920P.
I made a Magwell for my CRXP and omg what a difference it makes!!

@@Iamshields632 would definitely recommend the XP. Just so much softer shooting but still easy to carry.

Fantastic! What does it look like with the sleeve and on a Cr920?
Sexy lol
I ordered mine the moment I saw this video!
Nice! Thanks for sharing.

I deal with engineer flaws a lot and this is no exception. They should of made that base plate flush with the rear of the hand grip imho.
Does this work with the 920xr
Nice
Great Products...What about a magwell for the CR920XP.
I made one for mine
When are you restocking I have been waiting for the +3 mag extension for a while
@@ogbake4546 they’re restocking next week!
Will there be a sleeve for the 18rd to be used with the standard frame cr920?
This would be nice for those wanting an 18rd backup mag.
Doubt it that would look like crap tbh the extension to use the xp mags on the regular cr don't look the best so anything bigger wouldn't be better
Anybody else having problems loading 18 rounds , seating the mag or being able to rack the slide after it's seated?
Just ran into same problems

I’m having the same issue im maxing out at 17 and super tough and almost impossible to fit the 18th round with that extra power spring

Will you guys be making an already completed mag for the 18 rds ?
Will you guys also make mags for the other models 😢?
Just bought this exact gun. Does anyone know if Glock 43x magazines fit this pistol? Thanks!

You can combine this +3 with the sleeve to use this 18+1 mag in your CR920 or CR920P.
@@ShadowSystemsCorp Thank you so much
Will you guys make enhanced capacity mags for the full sizes?
Is there a plan for 10 round mags for the 920x? Have a few customers that like them but kind of a pain to get 15s and have to block them for customers
I just ordered one and it doesn’t snap in idk if mine was just defective or I just messed it up but I wish they just sold a regular 18 round

When the CR920X can have the threaded barrel like CR920P to install compensator?
Will the 15 round mag kits w/ the sleeve/spacer for the CR920 be in stock this week as well?
When is the CR920 coming to Massachusetts?
Does this work for the cr920xp
ETA on CR920X 15-rd mags restock?
This week!
I bought the plus 3 and it didn't come with a spring
Can you please make cr920x mags with a 10 round capacity so they can be legal in restricted states? Please!
What is the overall height of the gun with the 18-round magazine?
unfortunately out of stock please make more 😭

@ god bless america 🇺🇸 thank you
Can you use them with a CR-920
Yes
What about xr920
Those just take normal Glock mags.
😬
We need a magwell on the 920xp
Agreed. And maybe an extended beaver tail. My hands are getting cut up haha
@shadowsystemscorp I can’t get the 18th round in the magazine. I’ve tried everything
