Ryan, have you ever encountered runners who prefer either the A or B motions? I find B skips have me questioning decision and life choices, like, ok, maybe I'm ok only doing a 100m, ok, or, moving to a mountain, like, I'd love there? All good.
You can perform each drill 1-2 times depending on how much time you want to put in. The key to making changes in your stride is to perform them often, at least a couple times a week
