Needed to hear this right now! 18 min mark is spot on with my current emotions after getting sick.
Love this--thank you for posting on internet. Shannon has such a wonderful way of teaching and sharing concepts while keeping it light and enjoyable.
The only TH-cam channel related to running that makes total sense to me. Thank you Sir.
Glad to have found the channel!
Can't wait to try this!
I’ve been following you for the past 15 years. Am I the only one who feels like his voice got deeper when he bulked up😂

I did these and changed my arm carriage per another one of these videos and had the best run of the year so far. Also gave it all to God. He is the strength in my legs and the air in my lungs. God bless you Ryan!
Great video!
Thanks for the stretches. Dam your hot too . 😅
Funny to hear people in the comments making it seem like Ryan isn't that guy anymore! Lol dude can still mostly like smoke all of you if he wanted to! 🏃🏻💨
how did a skinny runner put on so much muscle?
bruh i can out run a former Olympic runner as a highschool girl 💀
6:05 totally normal natrual athlete behavior 😀
Dude said f*ck it, let's juice.
He can beat the kenyans literally
Great video ❤
The best! Listen to Mitchell and I promise you won't regret it. Thank you for this webinar!
How old is Ryan and how much is his weight now? He looked like Captain America!
Ryan Hall needs to compete against Nick Bare in the marathon 😂he needs to go back into it.
I love listening to CJ talk about the marathon. He has such a unique perspective and approach to the sport.
Fuck yeah ryan
Haha they both talk the same. "Super important" Fuck yeaaaah!!!
"The deck was stacked today, it was tough. But it always is. I'll be back, I'll try again." Love that quote and attitude.
@1:11:20 - fyi this magical substance for increasing drive, focus & attention while decreasing stray thoughts, impulsivity, and mood swings exists... it's called Adderall. Being a from of amphetamine, it's on WADA's ban list. Though it is possible to get a TUE for Adderall. I think Seidel received a TUE for her ADHD. One more week until the trials. Can't wait to see how CJ runs.
struggling so much with this after a recent 10K race in central park. Sauc Pro 3 has given me this pain after a HM and now after a 10K race. i don't think the shoe is for me. Like you say, it's so hard to take time off, IO just want to keep running :(
did my 1st run with sauc endorphin 4, and knock me down after 15 km. I haven't been able to run for about a month since then. I hate it and I have been trying to strengthen the tissue and muscle.
pretending he does this natty lol cringe
Ah! My dear cousin, so happy as I literally stumbled across this video. Know how much I love you and your family. We've had some wonderful holidays, fishing trips, and I loved it when your family lived with mine as your dear father, you and me helped to remodel your house. Yes, long ago and we each made $20 ha ha, thought we were rich!
How do I sign up?
Thanks Mitch!
These are a great combo. Thank you🙏
'Promosm'
Fuck yeah ryan
He’s not a former Olympic marathoner. He’s an Olympic marathoner.
Total yawn to be honest
This will become my library for strength and rehab, thank you so much ❤
Can you do this exercise with two dumbbells?
I think his deadlift setup is flawed and could be easily fixed. Knees caving in together before you even pull is obviously not optimal
Very impressive, especially considering he’s a former world class marathon runner! As an 18 year old I could deadlift 500 and do a sub 5:30 mile (not on the same day!!!). But that was peak mile for me based most on sprint training-I could barely run 5 miles on the road. I’m 59 now still lifting and running.
Why did you make this all about you?

Using straps doesn't count
As the parent of a middle school track athlete this was really helpful. Thanks!
Great Video marathon legend Ryan Hall!
I have naturally tight muscles, always have, could never touch my toes, one thing I noticed is I can jump farther or higher than my peers anyone else with tight muscles notice that ? I figure cause I’m wound up like a spring 🤷♀️
i live in korea. it's so good to learn how to workout from top class athlete! thank you!
Wholesome stuff! Love it! Inspiring and encouraging!
Hey, been looking over 2 years for some good help since my high hamstring injury. Thanks for this Ryan. I can get through these without pain. But if I do seated good mornings I feel a mild strain on the inside part of the upper hamstring. It had gone away for the last few months but since doing seated GM and single leg RDLs it’s seemed to come back. Even Physical therapy couldn’t really answer why. Any help? It seems every time I get back into running comfortably this seems to rear back. I miss running/racing so much.
Crazy wild debut time! Ive been doing distance type blocks, as in a couple of times a day, and also doing some intervals and hill/incline work, its been difficult to string together a fast mile, two mile, and these types of workouts take away frim the continuity of workout plan!
Thank you this was so helpful. Currently struggling with this right now
Me too!
Inman mile is next
Nice
ryan shoud've done this challange on nicer looking course, place looks horrible on camera.
