@@BobandBrad It is wonderful to know that trying different exercises/stretches can be used to help or get rid of pains.
I am so sensitive to any perscriptions dr will immediately give out for any pain. I have horrible side effects. That actually goes for Every perscription I've tried.
I watch 2-3 videos of Bob and Brad a day!!!
      Thank You!!!!

I discovered you guys by chance about 3 weeks ago. I've been watching many of your videos (plus a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th time) so that I can memorize them. So much valuable information that I started keeping a "Bob and Brad" Notebook as my exercise guide. Thanks for all of them. Keep 'em coming. There's something for everyone.

I am a big fan of your program Bob and Brad, love the way Your assistant Lannie films the best shots for demonstration. I definitely use many of your exercises and mechanics adjustments for my patients. The motto messages are helpful, also. Big Thanks Gentlemen. I hope You continue your work.

Been following you guys for about 4 weeks now and my shoulder feels much better! Fast as shoulder pain happened, the same can be said about the pain leaving my body! Woke up this morning and the pain was 90% gone. Still a bit off, but nowhere near the problem I faced for 4 weeks! Definitely a pinch nerve. Most annoying injury in all the years I have been lifting weights.

Great videos. Noticed during this last year of lockdown so many of us have been so sedentary, including children. But our hands and fingers been very busy either with repetitive gaming, phones, computer usage and lots of dishes! Please can you do videos on these areas of how we can get back to being more flexible in a gentle manner of exercising as we start getting out and about more. How to overcome personally for myself, finger "smart phone" pinky pain, tennis elbow pain, tingling one side as soon as lying in bed on one side! thank you for your informative videos.

These felt really good. I have trouble doing chin ups. I used to always hang with fingers toward me. After advice from a gym guy I started doing them fingers pointed away from me. That's when pain in my right shoulder started. I hang and swing the arm with a 2lb weight to correct it. Several times thru out the day and night to ease the pain.

I have Advanced TMJD, (Temporal Mandibular Joint Disorder). Not only does it torture my ears, throat, and make me swallow bunches of air so that I'm always painfully bloated, it also hurts my left shoulder, and both hips. I notice that the shoulder is aggravated only when I sit. I already see a Chiropractor, but his help is very minimal.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanx
