Omg, i didn't know that the manga in English was so expensive 😭 i read my manga in French since i live in a french country, and the manga here is only 5-10€ and the manwha's and hardcovers 15-20 (sometimes more expensive), omgg, i do have some english manga but i got them whit a discount, im sorry for your wallet 😭
I love Kino's Journey. So interesting! Affording manga is tough. I subbed to a couple of online services but of course the selection is terrible. I do buy physical copies occasionally at a second hand store if they have anything i want but the prices 😢 Thanks for the tour!
Hello! Your videos are so aesthetically pleasing and enjoyable to watch in my downtime when realizing! I hope to see more of your Nier: Automata collection/organization sometimes in the future :]
Hello, i love your videos so much but i have been living in france for 4years and i came back to England and i FINALLY went to forbidden planet and i got 3 volumes of the girl from the other side and one of demon slayer and i am so happy!! :DD
@@lyddiemoonno they are more expensive. I recently purchased a 7.99 volume there for 8.99, which should give you a general idea of the markup. The selection there is very limited, but I will say the staff are much more friendly than the other stores you visited. In FP and WA I’ve never once had a conversation with the staff, but in Tokyo toys I’ve had 10 minute conversations about series I was buying. One other place I’d recommend is Waterstones. Surprisingly good selection for a general book store. I picked up all 3 volumes of the horizon there for example, which I’d been checking for in the other stores for months with no luck. Plus it’s on the route you walk between WA and FP so it’s always worth a quick look.
