Thank you so much for this! I’ve been looking all day for a way to put a 2-D plane on a terrain so that I can create with a map as a reference, and this was the only tutorial that came close to doing what I needed to do.
@@IvicaMilaric yes, but i also went searching about this further and it seems it's the engine's limitation unfortunately. You can only add translucent decals. There is a way to fix this, though, but kinda long to text :D

Hey, wouldn't just setting decal to opaque get rid of the lightning problem? How come you set it to translucent? Thanks for the info!
Honestly, I'm not sure. You mean the issue of see-through?
