I cut two pairs of jeans I was going to get rid of and now love them for the summer. One pair I covered with evil eye patches. Crystal, beaded and embroidered patches. All from Amazon.

Wow! That's a styling shorts marathon and so many options. By the time we will wear a jacket here in the mid-west it would be too cold for shorts, but I know from a visit to California that the summer evening can get rather cool. I not sure if I saw the shorts DIY so I will look to check it out. I have just thrifted so longer cargo relax fit shorts and they are so great, better that what I thought when I picked them off the men rack and I tried them on this morning and thought of wearing some high heal clogs (i have) with them. I second guess myself on a dress I was thinking about removing the lining of the skirt for a see thru option and walked away and when I reconsider it, it was gone. It _used_ to be (boy, but I'm dating myself here!) that if we got a hole in the knee of our jeans, they were done and out. Now, of course, a hole in the knee is nothing for a pair of jeans and it means that our outfit is done and we're out the door! Lol!
_However, before_ rips were cool, I would hate to give up my best fitting jeans and would cut the legs off to make them into shorts. So, this styling video is so up my alley! Hello love your channel. I cut long jeans to create long fringe from the knee to the ankle, I live the look it came out just the way I wanted. The problem I didn’t consider is how to wash them without getting the fringes tangled. They are wide fringes but could definitely still get tangled up. Any suggestions?

I like all of looks.. but every place I have every work from the grocery store with first job, to serving as a youth pastor and now as SPED School Bus driver you cannot wear ripped up jeans, because they are not professional period. I would love see real professional styles!!!
My thoughts as well.....I have a pair of dark denim Levi's cut off and hemmed at the knee. Those are my professional cut offs. I am watching this for ideas.....and now Orli is saying - I can wear this to a work meeting..... maybe if you are self employed?

Most businesses & even major corporate entertainment require traditional professional attire for the majority of staff. Denim might be permitted on casual Friday〰️ but only the neatest, most conservative styles. 🤣Never cut-offs.
