Hey i found you by accident and you really really helped me to observe myself better and you gave me words to name my problems an so turn them just into mistakes which I fix. Never heard about position before in my live . So I never knew who things got wrong or accidently rot right . Position of voice was the missing link to the physical world in which music van happen . Now , Aa I know about it schinde Evan just two says and I get a feeling what it means in the body I can focus an it Rez to keep position while playing which all the other elements . And suddenly the mir
I Focus the more the differ r sounds and voices that I produced before
Begone just different aspects of one voice and sound . Position really was my missing thing . I worked a live time as singer songwriter and I have lost lots of enegie and concentration on many different things because there was no wird die a basic thing that is von acted to all other basics in singing . It feels
Like a curtain is falling . So tjank you very much . I will work on This to really get it into somyhing yhar is just there and
Make it to a fundament .
    Great work my friend

Singers always be like: We gotta sing the song like we wrote that and the feeling and how they feel felt in the songs

Try to sing like Daniel Johns from silverchair when he sang Emotion Sickness at Melbourne Park 1999.

Jay, from what I've experienced. Does shifting resonance actually dealing with compression (heavy or light...)and the chamber space in mouth (to raise soft palette or drop the jaw...).
When I compress more and modify vowels to keep open throat more, it sounds heavier and lean to chest dominant mix. I don't know if this is the right feeling.
BTW your videos are really great, thanks for your passion!!

🔥 You are raising some points which I'll cover in future videos, I try to keep each video clear and centered around 1 point.
But to answer you, we can actually develop independence between resonance (placement) and compression at the highest level :)
