The Attack on the Burrow is selling very well for me now. Considering the rumored UCS Burrow that LEGO is supposedly releasing soon, I have sold a few Burrows with ease with a 60% price increase from MSRP, and when purchased them I got them for $80. Been a great set for me and moves fast from my inventory!
Another home run Jake - love the content! Agree on most of your pics. I think the Professors Brickheadz will do a bit better than most expect. Hedwig is $$$! Been out a while, but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve purchased it at B&N and hear random peeps say ‘Gotta have Hedwig!’ I feel it’s an evergreen set. I agree on 12 Grimmauld - can’t understand why it trends below market. I think once the inventory dries up, it will shoot up. Haven’t had a Grimmauld set EVER, that I’m aware, so I think this is one of the best of the bunch. Banners should do much better than the moments IF they actually retire. Thx again for all your work on these videos!
I used to look at HP sets and decide which to buy based on the store availability and the unique minfigs, but that is no longer the best way. I see the banners as a dark horse for investing. With them being available for such a short time, they will not rerelease it anytime soon. As long as you can get them for ~$25, they should reach ~$60 within 12-18 months.
Disappointed that your pitch to web devs or video editors only includes “shoutouts” instead of actual payment. It’s wild that you truly believe you have the scale of an actual influencer to make that deal sound appealing for folks who get that pitch on an hourly basis. “Your hours of hard work for a 10 second shoutout”
Why wouldn't he say that initially in his proposal? Developers and editors care way more about money than a shoutout and he knows that so why not lead with both. The fact that he left that out and is now saying he will pay lead me to believe he's not going to be the best partner to work with.

Thoughts on the Disney 100 GWP for early July? I'm thinking about scooping $100 worth of the Disney 100 Brickheadz pack to meet the threshold and get the GWP.
I would be really interested to see a video which outlines what you would recommend/or consider buying if you had say $50 to invest, or $100 to invest or $100 plus. So you would maybe look across current deals and let us know your thoughts. Any chance? What do you think?
What’s your opinion of the Lego Harry Potter Hogwarts Chamber of Secrets 76389 if bought under MSRP. Lego store has it priced more than big box retailers. In that scenario, what’s your forecast?

Bc it sold out in one day this promo does have the potential to appreciate in value although 99% of the time the best time to sell a GWP is right when you get it!
@@JakesBricks - there is an exclusive Mickey mini figure in the set - Its whole reason of being is to celebrate the 100 yo of Disney (pretty nuts IMO) - the set is pretty cool with the screening light on the wall - it has a one week shelve time and you couldn’t get it unless you spent 100€ . I am so curious to know how could this go down in value within 2 years, if you’re kind enough to share your perspective that would be awesome
@@stanmarge6326 it definitely won’t go down in value! And I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets to $200 in a couple years. But truthfully the only GWPs that I have ever seen that have truly blown up in value are the Star Wars lightsabers and the batmobile mini. But we haven’t seen a GWP sell out in under a day in a while. I’d say good till Christmas and see what happens

I think it could do okay! It may take a bit to get to $200 but if you pick it up around $100 I think that is a good buy
