If there’s a plastic cover at the back of your fridge (like there is in my Samsung 26 series fridge), you will likely need to remove it, disconnect the evaporator fan, and you’ll see the drain just below the heating element at the bottom of this assembly.
Thank you for that! Mine has been doing this for 2 years and I just have a cup in the rear of fridge that catches the water as it drips out of the housing at the rear. No water or ice maker. But today I noticed my freezer seems to be defrosting😮 I have no clue. I haven't heard it kick on in awhile either. I'm freaking out.
I have already done this and in about six months it will do it again. We have cleared in for the last 3 years. Would a bad evaperater cause this. Also the drain tube is always cloged with ice.
Hello, The undertray (drip tray)which is at the bottom of the fridge keeps filling up quickly, started about a month ago, the tray is full in a matter of days, what could I check please to fix the issue.

Hello it’s on the outside under the fridge, basically where water the water drops from drain hole,checked drain hole all clear,doors are sealing when closed, but the under tray keeps filling every other day, wasn’t doing it before. Thanks

i did find the drain hole and cleaned out a bunch of trash and solved the problem. It was on top of the inside of the fridge.

I'm no expert on freezers without looking at it so I can't help with that maybe try another search and find another channel for info on the freezer
