How does a question of low pay arise in an advocate case they should desert their seniors if remu9 is not propose there is no relationship of master and servent between senior and junior adocates

If BAR counsil fixes fees for juniors they would lazy and will have no inclination to improve their talents one third of seniors fee should be earmarked for juniors on record and should be made mandatory
SC reservation was given due to untouchability and social discrimination and not due to economic reasons, so this is not a case of creamy layer. Article 341 is being violated. Get caste based census done, in this the number of OBC and SC ST is more than general, if you look around you will get to know and do not touch this issue otherwise more reservation will have to be given. Distribute all the resources to all castes on the basis of numbers.
