  • Do you need carbs to exercise? Do we need carbs before or after exercise on Ketogenic Diet? Workout on Keto Diet can have great results without carb cycling / carb loading. Would you agree? What are your thoughts on this?
    Our body can store MUCH more energy in fat vs. carbs. You may also be surprised to find out that glycogen levels can remain the same with or without carbs thanks to the process called gluconeogenesis, so do you need to eat carbs before or after workout?
