Yeah, it's just like normal Olympics but with beef instead of people. Different cuts of beef are pitted against each other for each sporting event. So, for example, long jumps would involve different beef cuts thrown as far as possible to see which one makes it furthest. For the swimming events, the beef slices are put in a wave tank to see which gets to the other side first. The boxing event involves the beef slices thrown at each other to see which ones survive intact. The fencing is similar but with little spikes attached to each slice. The events involving horses just replace people with slices of beef.

One of the few times I’ve seen a deep fried 🥩 come out perfectly cooked, especially with wagyu. I think since he cut it thicker than you normally would for a 🐔 fried 🥩 it helped it maintain a rare to medium rare cook internally.

First Last I look it at like this- if you pour 10 dollar wine from a 100 dollar bottle, people will start complimenting the fragrance and taste- despite it being boxed crap.
Sure meat is different when it comes to quality and taste. But not so drastic that an 80 dollar steak that feeds a small child is suddenly better than a 20 buck steak that can feed a group. (Essence of putting it in other dishes, like a sandwich. If I get steak I'm eating that shit whole)

Ive read somewhere that the even the cows the beef come from are specially bred and listen to classical music but i don't know thats kind of hard to believe. First Last Oh I get that, this isn't run if the mill dollar store beef. But I'd bet your bottom dollar if I served a pound of cheap steak like that with cheap shit and called it this sandwich, you'd probably believe me if I can even get the look right. First time tasters won't know the difference and would call it delicious and worth 80 bucks but in reality it cost 15.
Now experienced people with this steak or experienced pallats in general could call my bullshit upon first bite, some even by the look. But people will be gullible and price corresponds with this by treating it like a succulent rarity.
If other restaurants hired chefs that knew how to prepare it and bought it in it and served it in abundance and it was spread everywhere 24/7 it would still be prepared the same. But the cost would he much cheaper.

For all the people complaining about the dish, I'd recommend you'all to watch the full video where they explained this beef. There they explained it that you can't experiment much with this beef due to its texture and all. They said that this meat is very very delicate so many beef dishes can't be made from it.
