Daily Racing was already superb in the beginning of the year with the GTEs. Sadly I lost interest in racing after Nords came out for ACC. But I gotta get back in the rig and try out the new cars in LMU.
Im an avid iracer drive gt3. I am confused as to how much this will cost me to get racing? Like the cheapest way as I mostly do iracing as I am so deep financially in that game lol.
Base game (around 40 euros/dollars) gives enough free traves and cars to race in rookies. Maybe special event and weekly not sure. Intermediate and above you'll need dlc. Online champs, you need a 4 dollar/euro subscription subscription.
@jcsquared1111 I do. Personal preference though. Very different driving style. You don't have much to lose to try. Both games complement each other nicely imo.
I don't understand this game. This is the fixed series yeh ? I am doing mid 2:02's and my tyres never reach solid green and they always drop to blue on the straights. Yet I'm watching this video and the laptimes are a second slower but the tyres are always green. Much confusion
as far as the driving feeling goes LMU is currently the king for me. Better than iracing, acc and rf2. The only current downside is the amount of content, so i hope these guys get enough money coming in to keep the development going. It would be a shame if they would stop developing it after the last planned DLC.
I think the rejoin was not the best, but probably just within the rules, so I think it would not have waranted a penalty (in real life), unlucky for you!
Ive had my shares of issues, no doubt. And it still crashes for me, where i have to restart pc, but! The overall feeling and pleasure of it is really good. Its my goto sim together with iRacing, only do these two.. Thank you R C!
Someone please tell me why it looks blocky and like absolute shit on my screen I have a 4090, ryzen 9800x3d, 64 gig fury beasts, 100 inch qled. All graphics to max, looks like shit, looks ok at night but iracing looks better, wanna love this game but it looks putrid
I would be really excited to buy this game if I didn't have to pay full price for effectively dead content, all the hype and usage is around the 2024 new cars, paying £26 + 39 then the subscription is far too much especially when the company is bankrupt:/
Well the McLaren GT3 is free, so you can still participate in those races. And the majority of the Hypercars are from the 2023 season. You also don't need the subscription, the only exclusive content you get from it are the online championships, which are effectively leagues.
@namesii1880 yeah that is nice, however it's my most driven car on other SIMs, aren't the HyperCars most people are driving from the 2024 dlc? The Cadillac, alpine etc, are the 23 ones just as competitive compared to a game like ACC where the old og cars have been bop'd out
@@frosts1956 Toyota, Ferrari, Cadillac and Porsche are 2023 cars and you will see them the most. Arguably the DLC cars are even less competitive. Some people make the 2024 Peugeot and Lamborghini work, but they aren't commonly used. And it isn't like ACC, all these cars are the most recent from their brands and are currently in use real life.
Online daily, weekly and special events racing are free to all! It’s only the online championships that you have to pay a subscription for. All the online races that RC posts as content are the free to all races.
you could've done the race in the video, in the mclaren, and actually every bronze daily race, for just the base price of 26. you can do most intermediate races, since the only way you can be excluded from a race is by not owning the track. you can do most special events etc etc. none of the base cars are bop'ed out, or "dead" content. you will see base content cars winning any race in any split
I bought it and then refunded! The driving seemed not as good as ACC and then it just kept being unable to load "unable to load display something". Can use that $35 to buy all the DLC for ACC and revisit when it's a bit cheaper.
ACC is painfully mediocre! Not even a buttkicker or ffb pedals can save it. I have no idea when I'm on the limit or when the rear is about to step out. LMU is miles ahead in this aspect.
Nice drive . Have a good Xmas and I hope all your gifts have decent warranties .
@@enzoman444 may warranties and a specific fov number be part of your xmas
@@randomcallsign LMU LMGT3 is massive fun!!!
The pinnacle of racing simulation currently.
Totally agree!
The driving in this game feels amazing. I'll keep supporting it for sure.
Support LMU especially now as it is on sale. It’s an amazing sim and they devs are making all the right things to make it even better 😊
I am proud to support S397 and bought Season pass!
I’m only about 7 minutes into the video now, but I’m glad to see you have no screen stuttering, like Jimmy Broadbent has.
@@TBolt1 there are other issues. Fps drops, sometimes it crashes or hangs. Getting better.
There is a FPS bug, which already rF2 had.
When you restart the session, its usually fixed!
I think technically, the rejoin wasn't 'unsafe', just aggressive. He re-joined at a sensible angle, but immediately went on the defensive.
yeah dude was just immediately up to race pace from his re-join. there was nothing unsafe about it just highly aggressive attack

@@J3FFyB same, I pretty much just play ACC atm, tempted to try ams2 yet again for the same sort of races alongside IMSA
It makes me so sad that IMSA doesn’t come out with a sim this good

Do you like the wheel shaking when ABS is activated?

Fun watching and good driving.
On the re-entry, probably would have been better if he waited a bit longer before rejoining.
man i keep almost trying this one. I may need to just pull the trigger.
Gt3s at sebring has been phenomenal this week, gutted its gone now its fuji
Fuji is great! It’s no Sebring, but it’s a fun place to race.

Bought LMU couple a week ago, so far I had some minor bugs, but overall I like it
This McLaren is super super understeery for me.
how hard are you braking?
On the default sets everything is understeer biased, the Ferrari and Corvette are less so, the BMW moreso.
I agree, it's fantastic. Unlike iripoff.
Would be great if they would add more liveries.
I think custom liveries are coming with the next update
Yeah it's in the developments team notes for next update
