Tried it but it simply doesn't look that good on my setup. In fact it adds glare to the bottom of the screen, though not a lot on yours it seems, on the keyboard and on the desk. If your desk or your monitor is too high (which is not that high unfortunately) and/or reclined for ergonomics, you're gonna get led in your eyes too. If you dont have a monitor arm, the stand is likely gonna be in the way of the backlight. Overall i found that diffused led backlights/strips seem to be just better for ergonomic and rgb ambient light, as long as your keyboard is backlit, if you're just gaming. Many ambient/rgb lights also can be integrated in smart homes and have a bunch of interesting features with a bridge, like mirroring games and films for immersion. It's even worse with dual monitors and the minimum brightness is still too much in a dark room, so don't go into this thinking that's it's going to be a big upgrade for gaming, unless you had actually no/terrible lighting before. It's a good light for desk work, or if you need it for some niche reasons, like no backlit keyboard (with a 170 euro light? Lol). Unless you've really got spare cash, just get backlight/strip rgb leds on offer (bought 2 smartplay hue for 85 euro + bridge 40, will totally get more though lol).
Would've considered this lightbar if you could hook the lighting controls to your smart home, like HomeKit. Having an extra remote for this one light seems unnecessary in my eyes.
Sold. Thanks for the great review, best I could I find.
Awesome 🙏🏼
Great review mate. Good video shots of the shadowing and the amount of light it produces. 10/10
Thank you 🙏🏼
Very good review! Thank you - very thorough and informative.
I think it's good to reduce eye strain too. Thank you. Great video 👍

Do you think with the included spacers, this can possibly fit on an 800r curved ultrawide monitor ?
Probably not, sorry
