I’m into Aberdeen Angus beef in the slow cooker xxx
This all looks Sooooo delicious, thank you, Jan ❤ x ( cannot wait for our 15 in 1 to arrive) 👏🏻🤓
Steam roast method looks good for this type of dish as well
Yes Steam Roast is great too
Lovely
Great video. What made you slow cook rather than pressure cook or steam roast? I have the cosori multi cooker. And it has those functions you used plus pressure cooker. Just no air fry. Do you have a separate AF too? I have two AF. Wondering whether a truly need this 15/1. With two air fryers and a pressure cooker/ multi cooker to choose from!
What function do you use the most?
Hi, I just enjoy slow cooked meat. I have pressure cooked beef too which works so well.
I don't have a separate air fryer although I would like the new Ninja one!
I probably use Pressure Cook and air fry the most but I'm experimenting more with steam bread/yogurt/dehydrate etc.
Yorkshire pudding recipe please
Hi Judith, This Yorkshire pudding recipe works well in a metal tin or in a stone dish too.
300ml of milk, 4 eggs, 250g Plain Flour, salt and pepper
It makes a difference you use alternatives so I find the best recipe is with semi skimmed milk, 4 medium/large eggs and regular plain flour
I whisk together and add the seasoning then allow to sit covered on the side whilst I heat oil super hot in the oven and add the mixture. normally they take around 25 minutes in a hot oven
@susannahskitchen If I have a smaller brisket joint how much should I reduce the cooking time?
Love your site. Maybe I've missed you cooking sirloin steaks in the 15-in-1; but I haven't seen it. Could you cook a couple of sirloin steaks so I know what to do.
Sheila Alexaner
Hi, I haven’t cooked them. I’d prob do them in the same way as the filet steak and use the grill function.
Thank you for posting this! What is the thing you use after deglazing, to scrub the bottom of the pan? I'm worried anything I own may scrub the surface.
It’s a silicone/plastic spatular. I find these find to use I just avoid anything metal
@@susannahskitchen Thank you!

Is it ossicle to slow cook chicken I only came across your video because wanted to see slow chicken cooking methods 😊
Yes totally. If it’s breast then don’t leave it on for too long unless you like it totally falling apart. I slow cooked a Thai chicken curry and it was delicious

@@gdicko54 FOR OVEN YORKSHIRE PUDDINGS (I like a metal oven tray or even a stoneware Yorkshire dish is even better!!)
300ml Milk
4 Eggs
250g Plain Flour (sifted)
Salt & pepper
These come up huge!!
Get oil super hot in the oven (15-20min) then pour in quickly. Oven 220 degrees fir around 20 minutes (all ovens vary)
I watched another review that said the ninja foodi isn’t amazing to use as a slow cooker compared to pressure cooking. I need a new slow cooker and ive never owned a pressure cooker/slow cooker/multi cooker before. I want one so I don’t have to use a separate pan to sear and sauté before slow cooking. I love that the ninja foodi has so many functions, but do you think it’s just as good as a stand-alone slow cooker?
Hi, I haven’t had an issues with the slow cooker. I think people say it takes longer to cook but I generally put things in for a long period of time anyway. I love all the functions, pressure cook is my favourite. Like you say you can sear/saute then slow cook. I like that I can pressure cook then grill for example. Using several functions sometimes for one dish. I’d buy it again without question
