    Thank you so much, I cant believe i pay 16.000 USD a year in tuition fee for my medical education, and still I allways come back to your free lectures to learn the material as our lectures are mostly useless. I am so greatful for your initiative, keep it up, at least in my eyes you are an everyday hero!

      agree with you . its happened the same with me , on lectures doctor comes read half of the material , just reading !!!! without any explanation .

    I love this kind of teachers, who interact with students, make jokes, play music during breaks; just simply making the studying environment very comfortable. My first reaction was like oh god 2h lecture but that just swung by with all the interesting information and detailed descriptions! thank you very much

    I am very lucky that I found your channel you are amazing sir. Thanks a lot for having made these videos sir. Amazing lecture.
    Why is that Sarcomas prefer to use Hematogenous route for metastasis? Sir I have heard that sarcomas are more malignant possibily because they are less tightly packed, so carcinomas being less malignant cannot enter blood vessels as they have a thick wall or something? Could you please help me here.
