New Years at Stretton Lakes

So, our second trip in the Winter months was certainly a test to see whether or not we will stick to this caravaning malarky. On this particular trip to Stretton Lakes we faced: cold temperatures, constant rain with heavy downpours, relentless Gale Force winds, waterlogged site... but as soon as we were set up, hot water and central heating on, telly and dvd ready to go, food cooking away in the oven and a bottle of red opened, we failed to notice what the weather was like outside.
