Thanks for covering The Landing at Beadnell Bay. I just wanted to clear up some information that I think may be misleading here. You point out that you are "At The Landing" and that "you found out you could stay overnight" - You absolutely can, on the hardcore adjacent and behind The Landing, however where you pointed to your motorhome is actually operated by Northumberland County Council. We allow motorhomes to stay in our carpark for £20 per night and you also get a 10% off voucher to use in The Landing on your total food bill. I just wanted to clear that up in case anyone watching this thought where you were parked, was associated with The Landing, when its not. Happy Travelling - Wayne
Hi you quote £53 for non member price as been inflated, however the caravan and motorhome club do exactly the same for non members and are similarly priced as well as being more expensive to join and have a lot more rules stating what you can't do, so slightly misleading, haven't watched the whole video at point of comment just thought I would make it whilst I could remember, the point I am making is both similar and both overpriced since COVID

In the end we found private sites to be overall better, heated new shower and toilet blocks, pools, shops etc so we ditched the club altogether in the end. As for the Caravan Club, never used it, so in general can't comment, but from what you say here it seems they haven't changed much. We'll be getting a campervan next year after a break in camping of several years, looking forward to it, but I don't think I'll be paying out that sort of money to join a club again.

I love you two.....Down to earth ...funny...great chemistry between you and best of all...... from Barnsley. I can identify with you as in the early 1990's my late wife and I had our first coachbuilt motorhome and we had our two cairn terriers which entailed all the difficulties of being able to go places with the dogs. Wow first time watching one of your vlogs, and what a site to be introduced too. A proper little hidden gem that little fishing town. One for my Southern legs ooppss leg (I lost one in the Military) to explore. I agree £54 is a ridicules amount of money to have to pay. UK sites are going to price themselves out of the market soon and more and more people, family's included will head for Europe where you get a better deal. These high prices are also effecting tourism in the area as more and more people stay away. Glad to see the Council have taken the initiative and open a parking area for £20, this will be a kick in the head for the club site and a great boost for the local shops and cafe's. I'm an ex market trader as well as a veteran and the one thing I learned from all the older traders was keep prices low to increase your turn over. Its turn over that counts not prices. I will watch a couple more of your vlogs just to see if your worth hitting the subscribe button 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Also as a wheelchair user can I ask if the gates on the footpath are wheelchair friendly?????. Thanks and happy traveling
Hi. We are delighted you found our channel and great to hear from you 👍 In terms of wheelchair, we know there is a path on the top road that is wheelchair friendly but will make sure this kind of information is captured as it’s useful. We truly hope you do enjoy our videos 😎😎🐾🐾👍👍
When he said Fifty three quid, I was sure he was going to say something else, I know I would. We are a members of the CAMC and Camping and Caravaning club, thinking of sacking both off next year. Great video, well produced.
some of the other club sites allow tents but not all prices are just way to much now and will help the caravan trade go down hill, the sites really do need to look at the pricing and see how little you get for what there are charging people
Me and some mates went to lindesfarne to have a look around and we bought three bottles of mead and four boxes of mead fudge, got cut off so we had to climb into the little shed on legs,we had one box of fudge left when we got back out lol,we were a bit worse for wear walking back
My dad was born at Seahouses spent lot of my childhood up there Great video , remember when you first started, a few folks regretting their criticism now. Brilliant
Another great instalment of Northumberland. Great content as ever and the places visited looked fabulous. The price of the site seems a little on the high side but looked like a well run place. Love the beach footage especially the blowing sand, just perfect. Dora seemed a little better on this one, maybe Pablo’s had a word 😂. Beautiful weather once again and I’m looking forward to Bamburgh, I’m sure there will be epic drone footage. Thanks again as ever for editing and sharing your journey with us all. We joined camping and caravan club .they had a pop up site next door in August for a month or more we stayed two yes 2 night s it WAS £20 same thing at Ripon £13 p/night they open all round the country all year .
@@Stchristopherofatlantis yer they HV pop up sites all over .think on ccc it's down as social camping.but the is a app it is called out and about look it up it's brilliant.
We love Northumberland and Seahouses but we stayed at Seafield caravan park. Very nice site with a leisure centre that also serves the community. We went out of season about £44 per night which included free access to the pool.
Thanks for the excellent video. We love the area you are staying in. We have a touring caravan and have passed that site many times but, £53 per night is ridiculous. We've stayed twice at a large commercial site in nearby Belford. A super pitch there still only costs £28 per night and the facilities are amazing. We're still in both clubs but thinking of ditching CCC now due to their pricing and the fact that ferry crossings to France are no longer any cheaper through them. I'll stick with CAMC as we stay on CLs a lot.
Very true, when you see some sites in France for example where it’s less than 20 a night, there’s a pool, cafe/restaurant, full waste water facilities, and proper pitches.
@@Stchristopherofatlantis hello! were not going away in her until the end of August but Ive been parked up in the dales as a mobile office while theres no other staff in :P
How's this, 22 euros in the Vosges France in July, free hookup, free showers, choose your own pitch, heated outdoor pool and a nice restaurant/bar.. And they wonder why we don't use sites in the UK.
Great video guys. It looks so lovely around there. Was so funny when you said you were told to only order sandwiches because it was so windy. And the tomato in the face quip. You could’ve had a right “chip on the shoulder”. . Couldn’t resist 😂

Hi guys great vlog as usual. Looking forward to the Bamburgh one. We were members but came out last year as prices were getting ridiculous. We are still members of the Caravan and Motor home club, and we are in County Durham for two nights at £81.00 and then on to York for two night £86.00. I will not be renewing my membership next year either as I find a lot of lovely camp sites on Pitchup and small campsites site. They tell it how it is good and bad and you get lots of reviews to make your decisions. Catch up on next one, cheers Jan and Willie
We have stayed at that site, I'm sure as a member we paid about 35 quid. You should have had a stroll into Beadnell, the harbour is really pretty. Thanks for sharing
We’ve been members of the Camping and Caravanning club for years and never had any complaints, however since the pandemic their prices have dramatically increased. I’d highly recommend one of the Farn Island boat trips out of Seahouses, MV Golden Gate allows dogs on board.
I couldn't believe the price you paid. I'm a member and if I stay in Sept it's £16pn for me. It will probably be more in high season but £53 is rediculous. The video is great xx
My favourite area in the UK. Just up the road from where you stayed is a camp site called Annstead Farm, it is a working farm. It is straight across the road to the beach, facilities are ok. £25 per night based on last years prices. We have stayed at all 3 of the Northumberland council’s stopovers in the area. Great at £12 per night, I think Beadnell is my favourite. Great vlog.
It may have been blustery, but it looked a gorgeous day, and the place looked so clean everywhere… the pubs and the meals looked awesome. We went to our van for the weekend, glorious weather, but too hot for me at 34*+C😰 went into Waterton park and see 4 bears! Keep it going, I’m so jealous at times, but it’s great to see you bothe and the dogs enjoying yourselves. 🚐💨💨
Hi your in my home area of Northumberland, we live in Berwick upon tweed and £53.00 is a lot for seahouses or anywhere come to that. Great video though as always enjoy your vlogs and one day we will meet you somewhere. We have just come back from Blackpool but the weather wasn’t great.
Should have joined the club - the club sites can still be expensive but not £53! We've been members of both but staying with CCC. We like the Beadnell site.
I just checked for me as an oap member. Most expensive time, last week in July,. 1st week in Aug for 5 nights. Grass, no electric works out at £18.93 per night. You can't compare it with CMHC prices unless you're either members or non members of both. I think prices for non members are designed to encourage you to join, and there are also other member privileges like shop discounts.
That’s us in the Bailey Adamo in front of you in the queue to get in 😊. Enjoyed our stay there, but boy it was windy. The parrot was a first for us as well. Our two dachshunds weren’t impressed by a bird in a cage.
@@graemetaylor1846 we stayed directly opposite the parrot, its was hilarious. When their dogs barked, the parrot went “Oi” “shut up” he’d wolf whistle at folk as well, made us chuckle!!
😅we used to caravan till before Covid hit….now sold the caravan as cheaper for the 2 of us to stay in a hotel or even a holiday park,….brilliant video great humour and banter, have subscribed 👍👍
The CCC site at Braithwaite is stunning. I’ve not seen anything that tops the facilities at The Quiet Site in Ullswater. Pricey, but you get your money’s worth
I was on a cracking site in Spain, for 17 days in June. £9.99 per night 9Euros99. Even now in July 11Euros99. With restaurant, outdoor pool, showers etc., including electric. I've just come off a C&CC site in Scotland, £25 per night. Just showers/electric... No pool, no restaurant. All prices discounted for Pensioner. I chose this type of holiday years ago, for freedom & value. Gonna have to give it serious thought.....(whilst wild-camping).
Wow - £53 - Prices like these are really putting me off getting another motorhome, we used to pay £3-8 for listed sites and £16, was the most expensive top club site we paid for a night in 2005. When you add the cost of owning and running a motorhome, then a B&B or a hotel is cheaper, total madness. Love the videos btw 👍
@@Stchristopherofatlantis I suppose it’s not far from you so not as exciting. It’s a lovely site but the WiFi/phone signal is non-existent, so you either have to pay for the Premium Club WiFi which is average or use the free one which is less than average. Lovely wooded walks though. Also Bridlington site allow tents too apparently. I think CAMC are catching on that they can earn money from tents too.
I’m not overly surprised at the £53 price tag, we’re members of the C&CC and recently had to pay £42 a night at the Norwich club site. We are both retired so that included the ‘old farts’ discount as we call it. The pitch was on grass and was not level at all, in fact as well as sloping, we had to park on lots of uneven tree routes. The toilet block was a shocker too, definitely needs an upgrade, in fact I’ve used better facilities on Scout camp sites. We were heading home after 7 weeks in France where we paid no more than €25 a night on some amazing sites, some a little as €15! We used an ACSI card so everything was included ehu, awning etc. Site fees in the UK have gone up considerably in the last year or so, without getting anything extra for our money, it’s a total rip off, we won’t be renewing our membership of the C&CC next year, we’ll try to use commercial sites and see how that works
@Stchristopherofatlantis around 10 years ago now, was looking at heading back as I've just acquired a camper van again but it looks far to posh for me now 😅👍🏻
As a comparison, what is the cost of a popular C&MC site as a non-member? I think both clubs are expensive but until we all do our bit and save electricity and water when on campsites, prices will continue to rise just like the operating costs.
@Stchristopherofatlantis and non-member price? I think both clubs have their pro's and con's. C&CC offer Age Concession Rate for over 60's, which makes their club sites very affordable
Hi, we were there at the same time as you, us on the plot opposite the African Grey Parrot and my Father in Law right opposite you, you couldn’t miss him, his van has a big dent in the front locker!! Cocker spaniel called Harlyn, he’s Irish, couldn’t miss him!! Cheaper sites when you join, we use both, absolutely love this area and not far from us where we live in Cumbria…. I’m a Yorkshire man like yer sen! Keep up the great vids!!
@@Stchristopherofatlantis No or we would have come and said hello, shame we missed you! Did you see the damaged van? Sure you would have commented to each other about it😆We only spotted it as we watched your video. Next time!!
I've been caravanning and in a motorhome for 36 years but I would never pay £53 to stay on a site. That is a rip off, as you say more than a Travelodge. We only use CLs now and pay between £20 - £25 per night.
It's well worth joining the C&CC. As others have said, members get discounts,THS etc. We're also members of the Motor Caravanners club. They have national THS too, but they also have local district clubs. They meet regularly, often have raffles, quizzes etc. Very social and usually around £15 pupn. You can go to any rallies in the Country.
Is it £53 because you're a non member? To be fair both have put their prices up but I've found some lovely private family run sites I wouldn't have tried if they hadn't.
Lucky to reside in France where we have great sites at very reasonable prices. Had to reluctantly return to the Septic Isle this June for a Scottish wedding and visit family. Prices in England were exorbitant and not always good quality services. Scotland was so much better value. I have a booking for a week in Bayeux next month @ 19 euros per night incl electric. Municipal site, with access to adjacent swimming and leisure facilities.
It's over £50 for a non member pitch with the Caravan & Motorhome Club AND it costs £10 more to join. The Camping and Caravan Club is much less 'bossy' and strict. I left the C&M years ago when it was still the Caravan Club and much prefer the Camping and Caravan Club sites. The C&C has over 60s discounts which is great for me.
We live in Northumberland and often have one nighters there. We're members and over 60 and usually pay around £35. It's a nice but dated site. The pitches are OK but nowhere as big as Caravan and Motorhome sites. Enjoy Bamburgh. The castle is amazing. .
OMG.....£53! by'ek as-like.....that's steep! worth a try but I love the quote about the toilet facilities/barracks 😅 have a great time and hope you find another CACC site to compare prices etc. Cheers Andy & Lyn.

Great tunes and video , we prefer the C&CC , much less restrictive, unfortunately, non member, 1st week of school hols and a popular site =£53 but prices have hiked. Feels like the whole campsite caravan, motorhome industry is going to implode. Luckily as over 60s we get an extra discount 😊
howdy - rolling into bednell bay - could tell in 5 secs and not been since 2019 - we're up there later in the year for star gazing - dark skies - and no your not traitors although you could have saved some ££ and tried the THS just a bit further north before seahouses
Get the out and about app for camping club and look for temporary holdiday sites - basically pop ups some up to month - bargains to be had if you don’t mind basic facilities
At last you've joined the right club guys...i enjoyed 20 plus years with them & was on area committees..go the whole hog & enjoy District association. Meets its not called the friendly club for nowt...enjoy xxx

I’m staying in the Bamburgh car park this week for the same price, it’s at the foot of the castle. Brilliant view. I’m a member of the caravan club and prefer the car park instead of their Beadnell site. Love your videos, keep them coming. I also went to school with Jim Moir.😉😂
Hi Guys another lovely show thanks,i would like to know who the girl singer is you had on while at seahouses ? feel i know who it is but cant for the life of me remember the name !
I didn’t know you couldn’t have flags on CMC sites, good to know (not that we would put a flag up normally of course) no drones either. Chocolate Sardines - now that’s different. Lovely coast isn’t it. We haven’t been to Beadnell yet but have been to Seahouses, there’s a DA meet there and it’s much cheaper (you need to be a member for that I think). Seahouses is nice. Just a little correction on CAMC sites about tents ,some do accept tents . Good vlog as usual guy's, keep up the good work
Hi 👋 tent-tastic 🏕️
I love you two.....Down to earth ...funny...great chemistry between you and best of all...... from Barnsley. I can identify with you as in the early 1990's my late wife and I had our first coachbuilt motorhome and we had our two cairn terriers which entailed all the difficulties of being able to go places with the dogs.
Keep going please.
Pete from Chesterfield
Hi Pete 👋
Glorious Barnsley!!
Thank you so much for watching our videos and we love to hear you enjoy. We hope you continue to watch, we have loads more to come 👍👍🚐🚐
Thanks for another great video. Love Northumberland. The walk along the beach from Bamburgh to Seahouses is great
We love walking on the beach 👍☀️
@@mckaypetsupplies5777 Done that walk so many times with our Newfoundland dogs, one of the best dog friendly beaches. Bamburgh is so busy now as is Holy Island. We always used to go November time less traffic.

we agree, a fab song 🎶❤️
Hi. We are delighted you found our channel and great to hear from you 👍
In terms of wheelchair, we know there is a path on the top road that is wheelchair friendly but will make sure this kind of information is captured as it’s useful.
We truly hope you do enjoy our videos 😎😎🐾🐾👍👍

Have a great day 👍☀️
Andrew just on a caravan and motorhome site in burford and they have tents aswell
⛺️ 🚐 🍻
When he said Fifty three quid, I was sure he was going to say something else, I know I would. We are a members of the CAMC and Camping and Caravaning club, thinking of sacking both off next year. Great video, well produced.
Hi 👋 thanks for watching 👍 we hope you continue to enjoy
Some motorhome and caravan sites do allow tents. Treamble & Longleat are two that I have stayed on that have tent pitches.
Hello 👋 Yes, we didn’t realise
Thanks for watching 👍
some of the other club sites allow tents but not all
prices are just way to much now and will help the caravan trade go down hill, the sites really do need to look at the pricing and see how little you get for what there are charging people
Hello. Thanks for watching 👍👍☀️🚐
Enjoyed the music....good choice 👍..always love your humour 😊.
Hi 👋 Thanks for watching, keep laughing 🤣🤣
Really great videography and a great choice of music excellent vlog.

Hi 👋 We had such a fantastic time, such a beautiful place ❤️ Glad you enjoyed and thanks for supporting by watching us ☀️
Another great instalment of Northumberland.
£20 is good now for 2 nights 👍👍
@@Stchristopherofatlantis yer they HV pop up sites all over .think on ccc it's down as social camping.but the is a app it is called out and about look it up it's brilliant.
We love Northumberland and Seahouses but we stayed at Seafield caravan park. Very nice site with a leisure centre that also serves the community. We went out of season about £44 per night which included free access to the pool.
Pool? Wow this sounds fab
Will look at this
Have a great day Mick 👍☀️
Thanks for the excellent video. We love the area you are staying in. We have a touring caravan and have passed that site many times but, £53 per night is ridiculous. We've stayed twice at a large commercial site in nearby Belford. A super pitch there still only costs £28 per night and the facilities are amazing. We're still in both clubs but thinking of ditching CCC now due to their pricing and the fact that ferry crossings to France are no longer any cheaper through them. I'll stick with CAMC as we stay on CLs a lot.
Hi Jason, Thanks for watching 👍👍
Very true, when you see some sites in France for example where it’s less than 20 a night, there’s a pool, cafe/restaurant, full waste water facilities, and proper pitches.
They sound awesome
Cloudy with a chance of sausage? Sounds like a romantic night away in Barnsley! But i think i know the fish song isn’t it Monty python??
Hi Levi, yes Monty Python fishy fish
Watch out for flying sausages

Ps how’s Barbarella?
@@Stchristopherofatlantis hello! were not going away in her until the end of August but Ive been parked up in the dales as a mobile office while theres no other staff in :P
How's this, 22 euros in the Vosges France in July, free hookup, free showers, choose your own pitch, heated outdoor pool and a nice restaurant/bar.. And they wonder why we don't use sites in the UK.
Sounds cracking to us 🇫🇷 ☀️

Hi 👋 Thankyou
How are you
Hi guys great vlog as usual.
Hi Jan and Willie
We haven’t been to either Durham and York sites yet so let us know if you recommend

Hi. We saw that site, looked great we just wanted to be a bit closer to Beadnell beach.
We agree Northumberland has to be on everyone’s list 👍👍❤️
We have stayed at that site, I'm sure as a member we paid about 35 quid.
You should have had a stroll into Beadnell, the harbour is really pretty.
Thanks for sharing
Hi 👋 We are going to return to have a good look around. Thanks for watching
I was fishing and taking cod bk to that camp site and give fish the people on site and there is a lovely van for food 5 min along the road
We missed the food van. Boo!!
We’ve been members of the Camping and Caravanning club for years and never had any complaints, however since the pandemic their prices have dramatically increased.
I’d highly recommend one of the Farn Island boat trips out of Seahouses, MV Golden Gate allows dogs on board.
Hi. Will take a look at this
Thank you
Another great video great music and humor as always.
Thanks for watching 👍👍
I couldn't believe the price you paid. I'm a member and if I stay in Sept it's £16pn for me. It will probably be more in high season but £53 is rediculous. The video is great xx
£16 is brilliant!
Glad you liked our video and thanks for watching 👍👍
My favourite area in the UK. Just up the road from where you stayed is a camp site called Annstead Farm, it is a working farm. It is straight across the road to the beach, facilities are ok. £25 per night based on last years prices. We have stayed at all 3 of the Northumberland council’s stopovers in the area. Great at £12 per night, I think Beadnell is my favourite. Great vlog.
👋 now we know Beadnell is an option to park up, we would look to do that again 👍👍
So lucky to be able to call this part of the world home 😊
You are very lucky 🍀 👍

Hi. You guys are lucky to live somewhere so beautiful 🤩
Where did you stay in Blackpool?
Thanks for watching. Hope to catch you on the road 👍
Inflation is everywhere - electricity and insurance in particular. my garden centre now charges £3.75 for a cup of tea.
☕️ 👍👍👍
Should have joined the club - the club sites can still be expensive but not £53! We've been members of both but staying with CCC. We like the Beadnell site.
We loved Beadnell, definitely will return
👍👍👍👍
Have a great week
I just checked for me as an oap member. Most expensive time, last week in July,. 1st week in Aug for 5 nights. Grass, no electric works out at £18.93 per night. You can't compare it with CMHC prices unless you're either members or non members of both. I think prices for non members are designed to encourage you to join, and there are also other member privileges like shop discounts.
The lighthouse-'that's unfortunate isn't it' Ha ha, just a bit 😂
🤪😊
Being members is worth it especially with the discount they offer unlike the other one😊

Ten quid. That’s fabulous!!!
Thanks so much for watching 👍

Wow - £53 - Prices like these are really putting me off getting another motorhome, we used to pay £3-8 for listed sites and £16, was the most expensive top club site we paid for a night in 2005. When you add the cost of owning and running a motorhome, then a B&B or a hotel is cheaper, total madness. Love the videos btw 👍
Hi, glad the like our videos 🤣👍 thanks for watching
Another great video, is this one part of your future quiz? The question is how many times did you say £53.
🤣🤣 make a note of it 🤣🤣
There are some Caravan and Motorhome sites that accept tents - Clumber Park for one
Hi 👋
⛺️ we are still to go to Clumber!
Yeah we are shocked at some of the sites, we feel the value isn’t always there. Not always but sometimes
Happy travels 👍🚐
Thanks for watching
Love Guitar Man good choice.
Cracking song, don’t hear it enough 👍
Last time I was at Beadnell Campsite, it was just a field with no pitches!
Crikey… when was that? 👍
@Stchristopherofatlantis around 10 years ago now, was looking at heading back as I've just acquired a camper van again but it looks far to posh for me now 😅👍🏻
Never!
As a comparison, what is the cost of a popular C&MC site as a non-member? I think both clubs are expensive but until we all do our bit and save electricity and water when on campsites, prices will continue to rise just like the operating costs.
Hello. Members £38 but we wanted to trial a trip to see what it was like. Loved it ☺️👍
@Stchristopherofatlantis and non-member price? I think both clubs have their pro's and con's. C&CC offer Age Concession Rate for over 60's, which makes their club sites very affordable
Great video. The music was amazing, cheers guys 😊
Hi, thanks for watching. Glad you liked it 👍
Hi, we were there at the same time as you, us on the plot opposite the African Grey Parrot and my Father in Law right opposite you, you couldn’t miss him, his van has a big dent in the front locker!! Cocker spaniel called Harlyn, he’s Irish, couldn’t miss him!! Cheaper sites when you join, we use both, absolutely love this area and not far from us where we live in Cumbria…. I've been caravanning and in a motorhome for 36 years but I would never pay £53 to stay on a site. That is a rip off, as you say more than a Travelodge. We only use CLs now and pay between £20 - £25 per night.
Hello. CLs are great value we agree 👍
Happy travels
It's well worth joining the C&CC. As others have said, members get discounts,THS etc. We're also members of the Motor Caravanners club. They have national THS too, but they also have local district clubs. They meet regularly, often have raffles, quizzes etc. Very social and usually around £15 pupn. You can go to any rallies in the Country.
The rallies sound great and something we haven’t ever done 👍
Another great video guys 👍
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching 👍
Is it £53 because you're a non member? To be fair both have put their prices up but I've found some lovely private family run sites I wouldn't have tried if they hadn't.
We have enjoyed some fantastic private sites recently 👍☀️🚐
Lucky to reside in France where we have great sites at very reasonable prices. Had to reluctantly return to the Septic Isle this June for a Scottish wedding and visit family. Prices in England were exorbitant and not always good quality services. Scotland was so much better value. I have a booking for a week in Bayeux next month @ 19 euros per night incl electric. Municipal site, with access to adjacent swimming and leisure facilities.
Bonjour. Thanks for watching 👍

Helloooooo. Glad you enjoy to watch our very informative serious videos 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
A bit of Bread love it ❤
🤪🤣
It's over £50 for a non member pitch with the Caravan & Motorhome Club AND it costs £10 more to join. The Camping and Caravan Club is much less 'bossy' and strict. I left the C&M years ago when it was still the Caravan Club and much prefer the Camping and Caravan Club sites. The C&C has over 60s discounts which is great for me.
Hi 👋 We had a great stay. Thanks for watching
We live in Northumberland and often have one nighters there. We're members and over 60 and usually pay around £35. It's a nice but dated site. The pitches are OK but nowhere as big as Caravan and Motorhome sites. Enjoy Bamburgh. The castle is amazing.
.
We didn’t know over 60s get a discount!
Only with the Camping and Caravanning Club though.
To get good value out of the camping and caravan club look in the out and about and the rallies use the major sites and are cheaper x
Hi Sue we have heard of the rallies but never been to one. Will look out for it 👍👋
OMG.....£53! by'ek as-like.....that's steep! worth a try but I love the quote about the toilet facilities/barracks 😅 have a great time and hope you find another CACC site to compare prices etc.

Hi. Yes it was school hols so always a price hike !! Happy travels 🚐👍☀️
howdy - rolling into bednell bay - could tell in 5 secs and not been since 2019 - we're up there later in the year for star gazing - dark skies - and no your not traitors although you could have saved some ££ and tried the THS just a bit further north before seahouses
Hi. What’s the THS?

Get the out and about app for camping club and look for temporary holdiday sites - basically pop ups some up to month - bargains to be had if you don’t mind basic facilities
Temporary holiday site - find them on camping clubs out and about app - saves a fortune

I use the car park which you mentioned next to The Landing at Beadnell. It only costs £12 for over night. You pay the council via their website. I’m staying in the Bamburgh car park this week for the same price, it’s at the foot of the castle. Brilliant view. I’m a member of the caravan club and prefer the car park instead of their Beadnell site. Love your videos, keep them coming. I also went to school with Jim Moir.😉😂
I didn’t research staying in the car parks too well and missed out on this. Will research these more for our next trips

Farne islands trip is fantastic too.
