- Kapil Sibal reacts to Amit Shah's 'special treatment to Kejriwal' comment
Rajya Sabha MP, and Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal held a press conference on May 16 in New Delhi where he reacted to HM Shah’s comment on the Supreme Court’s intention behind giving Arvind Kejriwal’s interim bail. He targeted the Home Minister by saying that Amit Shah doesn’t have enough law knowledge.

High time the Tarikh pe Tarikh coterie needs to be put under public accountability, financial audit and accountability. They have the poorest track record of public function at the expense of public and exchequers money without being answerable to the people. Contempt of court does not exist in any other democracy including the UK from which this concept was copied and has continued. No one can be held above people's opinion, discussion and accountability after being paid for by the same people and then not having to be answerable to them.
High time for Judicial reforms as for the common man Justice system has become an unsatisfactory and expensive joke.
Let us see what succeeds at the hustings. Less than three weeks. Little bit of patience..... Enough time to make some arrangements for celebration on June 4. All may not deserve to celebrate is a different matter....

Amit Ji said clearly "Mai manta hoon ki special treatment diya gaya hai" after which he say many in the country also feel this (including me and everyone I know and heard of). These shameless rascals will lie through their teeth like thieves but a special treatment for them is on the way.
