Most NFT's are (at best)mediocre drawings with no artistic merit whatsoever.
It's just a *grift* and it's obvious the majority of the "influencers" promoting it have zero understanding of the visual medium.

Sadly even if any of these assholes get investigated they’ll get the rich douche treatment and get fined the exact amount of what they gained. It happens all the time so the worst case scenario they’re back to what they started with before the scam. It may hurt them somewhat if they blew through the every cent they have but if that’s the case they’re poor and they go to jail instead. So the moral of the story as it’s always been “don’t be poor!” And make sure if you’re scamming someone, keep some money around just in case Hell freezes over and you have to pay restitution when your attorney makes a deal to avoid trial and real punishment.
