Managers in my industry do not want you to know whom they are. I wish hosts that did these types of examples would not assume that it's the same across the board. Companies out there DO NOT WANT YOU TO LOCATE THE MANAGERS! I have run into this more than ever now. So what's the solution. My apologies for my tone here.

It seems very weird to start a Cover Letter with an address, most other cover letters I seen start with the person's name, I question this example....
