Honestly think the damage you deal to bosses is too low compared to how easy they are to have double health bars

Yeah the chaser boots dash is based on Copen, specifically from IX1

After defeating the bird mini boss you can enter a cave below the destroyed bridge
That's where the Chaser boot parts are
