- Two pieces of theme music with photos from L.M. Montgomery's Anne of Green Gables. This is one of my favorite films and it was quite difficult to choose photos because I wanted to put them all in! Enjoy! :)
its so bitter sweet to watch anne of green gabes or read the books. i love them so much but the sense of yearning it gives me to live in such a beautiful world, well that yearning sometimes makes me feel like i've been born too late.
this is such a great movie to watch in the winter months, because it's so warm and comforting, makes you feel warm and cozy, but it's good to watch anytime a wonderful story about love and life and how much they go hand in hand. It will always be my favorite. :)
Lovely tradition! I watch it every year as well, but after exams and commencing summer vacation in countryside-Canada. It's so beautiful!
Oh how wonderful Anne of Green Gables is, my family watches it every January to start off the year. It truely is a lovely story!
Though it isn't very macho, I have to admit this is one of my favorite all time movies. We rented it about 20 years ago for my kids to watch & I fell in love with Matthew & Mariilla & wished I had been a fortunate orphan like Anne. Thanks for posting these great pictures. Great memories.

I watch this on my VCR twice a year. It gives me a sense of renewal and I can escape into Anne's beautiful world.
