It is the RMS voltage, values in the rating (3phase) will be line values.

ഒരു കുഞ്ഞു തിരുത്തൽ പറഞ്ഞോട്ടെ.. 5 HP എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞല്ലോ..അത് electrical അല്ല..shaft ഇൽ കിട്ടുന്ന output mechanical പവർ ആണ്. അത് കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ അത് വച്ച് കറന്റ് കണക്കാക്കാൻ പാടില്ല. 5HP യിൽ കൂടുതൽ ആണ് electrical പവർ വരിക. Nameplate ഇൽ തന്നെ IP KW എന്ന് കാണും. അതാണ് electrical പവർ.
1.5 HP DC MOTOR WATTS- 746×1.5=1119W
I = 1119/ 156.4= 7.15
(but, W= I×V, 7×230= 1610 ???)

The voltage across any one phase and neutral is 220V, and the voltage across the 3 phase is 440V because we check the voltage between any two-phase RY or YB or BR.

ഒരു electric iron (1000വാട്ട്സ്) 220 വോൾട്ടിലും 240 വോൾട്ടിലും പ്രവർത്തിക്കുമ്പോൾ വാട്ട്സിൽ വെത്യാസം വരുമോ? 1000/240 = 4.16 Ampere , 240/4.16 = 57.69 Resistance , 220 വോൾട്ടിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുമ്പോൾ V/R = 220/57.69 = 3.81Ampere , V×I =220 ×3.81 = 838 watts 1000 വാട്ട്സ് ന്റെ Iron 220 വോൾട്ടിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുമ്പോൾ 162 വാട്ട്സ് കുറവ് വരുന്നു , ഇലക്ട്രിക്ക് ബിൽ വാട്ട്സ് ഉപയോഗം കണക്കാക്കിയാകുമ്പോൾ കുറഞ്ഞ വോൾട്ടിൽ കുറഞ്ഞ വാട്ട്സ് ,ഇത് ഒന്നു മനസ്സിലാക്കി തരുമോ ?
