even though he never betrayed her :/ he used her because he needed to in order to give her what he promised. She just had lost faith in other and was too scared to trust him. Such a tragic end for both of them. Delita has always been my favorite character He is a Victim and also a Hero who gave the kingdom peace (together with ramza effort of course) While Ovelia, was just a Victim and sadly was never able to actually do anything to change her situation or others in any way.
As a out of topic comment, i'd love to listen to a version of what would you write and sing between Elly and Fei from Xenogears, they have a super tragic story too, it just end way better than Delita and ovelia but im sure you would love the story if you ever played it.

The Vocals are unbelievably perfect for this song, but I don't think anyone has mentioned just how perfect they played the instruments. If you listen to the original song after hearing this one, you will find they did some pretty brilliant timing adjustments to fit the theme/feel/mood of the song. Oh and the fact the lyrics actually go with their overall story arc... This song is AMAZING on so many levels!

It's definitely Tietra's memory kept alive - that's Delita's sister, who got exploded. Also, she was known as 'Teta' in the original translation, which is likely what he is actually singing: "Of Te-ta's mem'ry kept alive."
This track was my absolute favorite of all FF tactic soundtrack, and you manage to make me prefer your version over the original. This is a tour the force! What beauty!

It's definitely Tietra's memory kept alive - that's Delita's sister, who got exploded. Also, she was known as 'Teta' in the original translation, which is likely what he is actually singing: "Of Te-ta's mem'ry kept alive."
At 2:45 Ophelias part is saying "with you" when Delita says "I would die for you." Makes it all the more heart wrenching and accurate.
This track was my absolute favorite of all FF tactic soundtrack, and you manage to make me prefer your version over the original. This is a tour the force! What beauty!
