It has been weeks since the Federal Government of Nigeria awarded a contract worth four (4) billion naira to high chief Government Ekpemupolo popularly known as Tompolo; however, some address him as an ex-militant leader, ex-Niger Delta warlord, or the leader of the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta.
General ARONI OPUTU, who is one of the Amnesty generals in the Nigerian presidential amnesty in the year 2009 has said something very important on this Tompolo's surveillance contract.
