We finally watch Terminator 2: Judgement Day with Arnold Schwarzenegger!

I saw this film shortly after it premiered. The entire theatre cheered when "Bad to the Bone" started playing 😎 This is one of the films with a plot involving the future that doesn't necessarily have a "best before"-date. The fact (fingers crossed) that AI won't take over the world a few years from now is because we live in the timeline created when Sarah and her merry band of friends destroyed the terminator parts. Of course, the plot's still got some bothersome paradoxes. Anyway, thanks for reacting to what I consider to be the best action film of all time!
The arcade hallway scene the song playing is a guns and roses song Arnold pulls his gun out of a box of roses I can't believe that every time I watch people react to this no one notices that
It's so funny that you said "If I was an old man I wouldn't want to mess with a young buff dude." The guy who burned the cigar into Arnold's chest was 37 when the movie was filmed. Arnold was nearly ten years older than the guy he took the clothes from lol. I admit the cigar guy looks like he's like twenty years older than 37..

Arguably the greatest action movie ever made. Arguably the greatest sequel ever made. Easily the best movie of 1991. And can you believe that it wasnt nominated for Best Picture or Best Actress?

There are so many concepts of time travel movies can do whatever they want. One concept is time is lines and each version of time is its own line it even if you could get to it you cannot change it because it's already been written and cannot be unwritten. That's why time in movies and shows is so good because there is no set way and no one knows so you can write anything you want

I never get tired of watching people's reactions when they realize that Arnie plays the good guy in this one. The Terminator is the only character in both American Film Institute lists, the 100 greatest villains (Terminator) and 100 greatest heroes (T2).
Who else had a copy of the "Term-O-Vision" Windows screensaver back in the day? It showed the world through his red "vision" with the reticle and changing data displays and periodically randomly "spoke" one of Arnold's one-liners from these two movies. Not legit since it infringed on copyright but interesting. I left it running at work one day when called away and a co-worker working late got spooked by the voices she couldn't locate or place.
