@@anithaani-jl1bh not like that. Some can get irregular rhythm and very rare case cardiac arrest at higher efforts. Stage 4. It is better to do in hospital setting to take care of emergency

Test can take anything b/w 8 to 12 minutes.... anyone can take who is fit to walk and tread. You need to stop any bp medicine especially beta blockers before test or tell your treating test doctor. Better test is echo combined with treadmill. It will cost more... your MET score will adjudicate your reasult for your age 8 and above is fair. If someone's test is stopped due to positive test they will be recommended for ct angio or better angiography.... hope this helps... incase you do the test, Wishing the very best, Good Luck, Jai Sri Ram! 🙏 p.s. there is a medicine indused stress test too, D-StressEcho, but it's for old patients usually after angioplasty or stenting....

Recently I did treadmill test in Aarti labs Kilpauk. No doctor was present. BP was also not monitored during the test.
