Fun to take a look at this :) This was done offline with the best crafting bases set to Ilvl 99, to get hopefully get some better results as I did the video.
It can be a bit sucky to get the bases for the items, let alone the mats, so start looking early if you think they can be good for you^^

You are severely underrating the hit power items. Chance to cast frost nova is amazing. Its AOE slow. There are probably better in slot items but its still really good for budget builds.

we know that circlets are the best option for a helm gear, but i crafted some safety-helms (magic crown+jewel+perfect emerald+Ith rune) and i think is it an item that should not be underestimated xd

I forgot if its blood or whichever but can't you craft nice helms that have potential crushing blow and possible visionary mod? maybe I missed this in the video but I think these were good helms.

Of the vampire suffix gives 6% exactly. Can also still roll of the lamprey suffix (10-11% life steal) stacking with the blood mod giving 11 life 6 mana dual leech.
