Great video. Good maintenance even for older Fords. The seal is the same, and should be cleaned out every so often. Eventually they can dry out and let too much water in. Those channels lead to 4 drain tubes around the vehicle. If they clog, the roof leaks. A small amount of water in a rain is normal in the channel.
My 2021 F350 moonroof rattles like crazy so I appreciate this video (it's not loose, it clunks as opposed to squeaks). There's no excuse for this to be but thank you for the tutorial. The dealer pretends they never heard of such a thing but will get me in to fix. Perfect example of why people hate dealers. I've had similar experiences with other brands with things like this. I'm convinced brand loyal people are a huge part of the reason why build quality suffers across the manufacturers; "Ah, that's just my Ford/GM/Dodge quirk tee hee".

Could you possibly tell me how the pop up bug screen for the sunroof attaches? I’m assuming rivets but not sure. Mine didn’t come with one and the dealer just sent me the screen but no instructions or hardware. I don’t think it should be to hard but don’t know what hardware I need. Thank you!
