Killed it at the Hollywood Bowl last night - loved the Putin song. He was backed by his band and orchestra and had some great intros to the songs and was funny as hell. Great show even at his age. Still got it.

Its a bit too much to say all his music is sarcastic, because while he often sings from the perspective of a character, usually a bad one, its not always to mock someone or something, (For example, 'Rednecks' is an anti racist anthem from the perspective of a southern bigot, who laughs at the overt racism of the south, but also calls out the covert racism of the north, telling them that they shouldn't act superior because its still very prevalent. Its satirical, he doesn't agree with the racism of the character but he uses it to create an anti racist message that goes beyond mockery). Check out / relisten to some of these songs by him. The only difference really being that they don't openly express racist personality traits. That is a critique of Democrats and their platforms, even if it is indirectly so.
You clearly have political motives which, no doubt, spawn from your moral values. Try looking yourself in the mirror, or recognize that the influence of Trump, like it or not, is one of the most influential force in American politics so it will be talked about more.
I have been a Newman fan for a long time but I don't agree with his views this time. I happily fly the flag for President Trump and am proud to be a supporter over here in New Zealand. Roll on 2020 when he continues to keep America great.
