I have been looking for healthy tea options and I am go glad I came across this video. I will add Betal leaves tea to my diet, probably once or twice a week. Thank you.
Thank You. Everytime I pick betal leaves for pooja I want to eat them. Can you please explain what this rose petal sweet is as well? It looks incredible! Thank you for all your videos.

We have a very slow digestion and today tried to eat a fresh paan leaf, a young one from the tree on our yard to see if it could relief that. We did this after lunch. It had the same sensation on my tongue as drinking hot water, the feeling of a burned tongue with reduced taste. For at least 8 hours we had burned feeling and taste on the tongue. It was hard to taste the sweetness of honey. Eating some raisins 6 hours after consuming the paan leaf, gave the experience of the raisins being tasteless. So, we wonder what could be the cause. It is the active ingredient in the paan or was it consumed the wrong way.
I eat Paan from my garden daily. The sensation is due to peperine. But it usually last only a little while n I have no issue with taste of food. Peperine is one of the healthy ingredients.
Dr Hansaji, I've been watching your videos and theyve been helping me so much, especially with excersice and helping me set out future goals. However, I have one issue I want to fix about myself, melanin. I was wondering if there were any good ways to increase melanin and especially during the winter/fall since its already September and fall is coming soon, and with the cold my skin gets pale somewhat easily, which is something I want to fix.
@@theyogainstituteofficial I'm mainly looking for ways to increase my melanin levels so that way in the winter or fall (basically any time it's cold) my skin doesn't get really pale, I know it may sound really senseless but it's been bugging me for some time.
In Ayurveda only serious issues will be taken for consideration. This looks like cosmetic issue. The sanathana culture don't gives much consideration to the outward appearance.(with due respect).
@@Gannavaram_Indian My apologies, I am aware it is a bit of a minor and rather pathetic question. So I do say sorry to both you and Dr. Hansaji. Maybe perhaps I could change it to something vitamin related?

Namaste, Haan, roz paan khane se kuch side effects ho sakte hain, jaise ke daanton mein daag, masoodon mein infection, pet ki samasyaayein, aur agar paan mein chuna ya supari ho toh ye munh ke cancer ka risk bhi badha sakta hai.
Namaste, Its generally safe to consume betel leaves on an empty stomach, but moderation is advised due to potential side effects such as acidity or mouth irritation.
Namaste: Paan also called known as betel leaves have several properties like anti-inflammatory and antioxidants however some individuals can be sensitive to betel leaves, can lead to intense acidity and vomiting due to its high tannin content and alkaloids like arecoline. therefore it is best to avoid when it doesn't suit your body.

What about beetel nut?
Namaste, Betel nut, when chewed in moderation, can aid in digestion, boost energy, and act as a mild stimulant.
