Loving being on IOG - it’s fantastic! (And it’s saving me a fortune). Thanks again for your videos and for the referral link 👍

      Welcome to the club, sadly
I won’t have this one much longer. Lease ends soon.

I'm on the EDF EV energy plan. Works out at 9p per unit from 00:00 to 05:00.
I'll take a look at Octopus when my tariff ends.
However, I've got a PHEV so only charge every now and then (probably every couple of nights).
What does my head in are service station costs.
80p per kw! What's that all about?
It's twice the price of petrol, hence my preference for a PHEV.
Short journeys on electric, longer journeys on hybrid.

OVO charge anytime could be good for you, I think it will work well with PHEV. if you can shift some house use into the cheap period the Octopus Go or Intelligent Octopus Go.
I rarely use public rapid chargers. With 205 miles range I can do most of my journeys and back on a charge from home. If I have a long trip (like when I go to the alps) I use either Audi charging or Ionity passport subscription for cheaper public charging.

IOG is even better if you have a home battery 🔋🏡😎 100 miles from 40 kWh though... Ouch. I'm getting more like 164 (based on a 100 mile round trip at motorway speed yesterday giving 4.1 m/kWh yesterday).

I can manage that efficiency driving down a mountain! IOG is terrific for anyone with a home battery. I’m hoping that using the car as a home battery with V2H will become the norm in the near future. Indra are working on a home CCS V2H charger and many cars already support V2L and bilateral charging

@@ski_tron2446 yes my enyaq does. Just my zappi that doesn't. I compared notes with an etron 55 owner at a charger, on much the same run as I'd got 4.1 he'd managed 2.3 m/kWh 😂

Maybe look at the resale value of your worthless EV's before you talk about saving money.
Being devalued buy £20+ a day doesn't sound cheap to me.
