Wonderful explanation..! I like it and it's largely true but there are also tiny contact points which also deliver similar effects. Ah...taichi is endless...in a totally good way!

    Dear Chester,
I just purchased your online course Qi Mastery. On one hand, it’s because I want to delve deeper into this subject, and this course seems to address the open questions I momentarily have. However, the main reason is that I’ve been thinking for months about how I could give something back to you for the amazing work you do on TH-cam. I often watch your videos multiple times and learn a lot from you in addition to my Tai Chi training. So, it was important to me to express my gratitude in this way.
I’m looking forward to the course and am curious to see what awaits me. :-)
    Best regards,
    Steven

Thank you so much for both the support and this wonderful message. I hope you enjoy the course and get more out of it than you had expected! Bring your questions to our live coaching sessions. Next one is this Saturday. I’ll add you to the access list shortly. I really appreciate your gratitude and moreover I look forward to your growth in Tai Chi! Please share your progress and success with the courses because that is something that both helps me very much, and helps the people who are wondering about how they too will next improve their own Tai Chi! 😃🙏

great explanation Sifu. I learnt something new today that I had no idea about, when you stated the fascia system is most closely aligned with the spiritual body. This is pretty profound and so much so that I'll admit I didn't pay too much attention to fascia but after watching this I will now.
This reminds me of when I read some discussions on Internal arts forums regarding the Shen where I heard it mentioned that an experienced internal martial artist can affect someones Shen and its like having a very bad 'trip'. Do you believe this is true?

Awesome about your breakthrough in understanding and appreciation! Yes it is true that masters of certain skills can affect someone's Shen. In our healing practice, we reconnect a person's Shen to the healthy energy of heaven and earth. In doing so they feel a variety of positive emotional states: calmed, fulfilled, courageous, loved, free, and more. Some people report having visions or feeling like they had a trip. I have not had a person said they had a bad trip from our method. But I suppose it could be possible if the method was done differently and with different intention. Generally though, it is harder to connect to another person in this way when you have negative intentions in your heart. Does that make sense? 😃🙏

@@phoenixmountaintaichi Yes that does make sense Sifu Chester, I've heard that some healers are very expert such that they can heal a person using heaven-man-earth just from seeing a photo of the person or hearing their voice. Something to do tuning into frequencies.
