@@andreashelton yeethay food is basically heaty food. its based on chinese culture always seeing certain foods are more 'cool' and certain food are more 'hot' after you eat it and itll affect your body. an example is i get period cramps alot and they believe its bc my body (inside) is too 'cool' so my food intake has too much cool things in my diet. this include food like cucumber, lettece, tomato or cold water and cold drinks in general. but too much intake of either heaty food or cooling food is bad for you alot of times people focus on heaty which is yeet hay. my mom always say if im growing pimples etc its bc i eat too much heaty food if you search up heaty food itll explain it more xd
