The creator of that custom scenario really played it out pretty good. In the first path, you had to get an urban specialist in those 2 urban spots because those are heavily fortified. The other 2 gives you tanks, but both paths time pressured. Like you said, the second path is to attack because of lower stability, and thus less time to gather your forces due to connected zones. And if you aren't careful on the third, you could take out the insurgents pretty quick, but you'll soon face a lack of stability if unprepared.

@Commrade-DOGE no, it gives you an arcade-like redo of a level. It's not quite the same thing of a chapter replay with cutscenes, in-game animations, and scripted events.

Heres a fun idea: they should add a scenario too Rebel inc called "Its Nuke Time" and the idea is that in the Military Initiatives you can buy presumably a nuke once you use it it WILL destroy any insurgents in a zone but that exact zone will not be available due too the radiation so it would be fun to play and would be cool too see Pravus play it
So pravus the 10 000$ initiatives are ideologies. The red one is the communist symbol aka historic, blue is monarchist aka a-historic (this era ended 1918) and green rebels which are as far as I know completly fictional
