I would suggest getting a long tall trash can or just the diaper trash bags to hang in her room so you don't have to put the used diapers in the bathroom trash, or the trashcan in her room that she can get into! Take it from me I have 4 kids, you will need a lot of trash bags!!!

It still trips me out that I've been watching Aspyn since I was 14. Now she's 23 and married with a kid. I'm 22 crying over grad school work and throwing back tequila shots every weekend.
You are missing diaper rash cream. I recommend Burt's Bees Baby Diaper Rash.

A diaper pail, swing, and activity gym were life savors for me! Also I’m not sure if you mentioned it, but get some diaper rash cream if you haven’t already! And stock up on wipes! I recommend just buying the big box cause you go through them like crazy

The baby’s name totally has to be peach. The sign in her room says “peachy” and at 11:20 you see princess peach’s crown on a blanket. I saw comments about her name being peach awhile ago because of the sign but now after seeing that blanket, it’s totally true. It has to be!
I think going “overboard” for your first is ok and kinda expected. Lol it’s exciting being a first time mom! ☺️
You can never have too many clothes! You never know when you’ll have a blowout or major throw up and can’t get the stains out.

We love our Ubbi diaper pail! Some people don’t use it, but diapers can sometimes pile up at night, and it’s nice to have a place to keep them that keeps the area stink free and keeps them away from curious puppies! The Velcro swaddles are great from newborn till 8wks, then using the Love to Dream for a transition swaddle for a week or two, then a Zip-A-Dee Sleep Sack till they are over 1yr for safe sleep. I tried to do water wipes, but they drip everywhere and are thin! Pampers/hello hello are hard to pull apart. Huggins are thick and easy to pull apart!
I love how organized she looks for literally everything! No doubt she's going to be a super mom😍

I luv the childrens towels because of the little hood that's on them. My daughter used those type of towels up till age 9 . I put them in the dryer right before i start her bath, so its so toasty and covers the head where they lose the most heat.

I’ve worked at daycare and I was in the infant room, the best diaper rash cream was aquaphor, literally the rashes would go away so fast and you can use it for other things as well, it’s great!

You definitely want to get a diaper genie! It is literally the best thing we have. My son is 13 months and we still actively use it! Also, Amazon has a baby brand that we get the pail refills from. It's called Mama Bear and they're great!

She has to be named Peach! I know she said she wasn’t gonna name her peach in one of the videos they did, but the wall art, the little peach jewelry holder type thing on the dresser, and now the Princess Peach crown on that blanket!!!

I went to Ikea and saw the crib and immediately thought "that's what Aspyn has!!!"
that hatch baby light is AMAZING. I'm a nanny, and the 4 year old girl I take care of has been using it since she was a baby--it's a great noise maker, and you can set it on a timer, so when the light turns green at 7am she knows she's allowed to get out of bed!
Later on if for some reason you have to bottle-feed a bottle warmer will be amazing for you!
You can never have too many wipes! Stock up, that sweet baby will go through them like crazy💕
a wipe warmer may be helpful! it keeps the wipes warm that way they are more comfortable for the baby during the night etc.
I’m so glad you’re uploading these kind of videos! I’m 34 weeks and preparing for my baby girl too! It’s so fun to watch you guys do all of this and it’s helping me decide what all I want to do and get. 💕

I would recommend a baby day bag, filled with anything you think you would need for the baby throughout the day. You can use this when traveling, or just leaving the house.

Blooming Bath 🌸 I loved everything you showed and used a lot of stuff for my first baby but one thing we LOVED was the blooming bath. It’s a sink bath cushion for baby and we used this soooo much for baths and even for quick accident clean up. It was super helpful.
i highly recommend a diaper genie or something similar! my mom had one with my sister and it was a life saver and I have the litter genie, the litter version of the diaper one, and i love it for my cat! it helps the smell and the mess with blowout diapers because the bags have a scent blocker in them!
My mam used to have a bouncer for us and it helped us walk quicker and helped speed up development xx live u guys so much and hope ur babay arrives healthy and happy xoxoxox
Diaper pail, you don’t want to throw diapers in the garbage because it will get stinky fast! Also scented bags similar to dog poop bags for stinky diapers on the go. Oogie bear- basically a little nose picker, but it is something I used a ton! Also a bottle warmer and if you plan on pumping more than every once in a while I recommend a more expensive/heavy duty pump.
An activity mat for tummy time! The toys on them are also good for baby to stare at when they lay on their backs! They also help with their hand-eye coordination
Pro tip! If you hate that pump, check out the Avent double electric pump. It has the silicone “petals’ in the pump horns that are really squishy & massage higher up-I always got more milk with it. I love that baby is going to be in such soothing colors. Seriously, enjoy every minute even when it’s so hard. There’s nothing like having your first!! It’s the best experience we’ve ever had. It’s too bad we can’t bottle it up!

My baby LOVED the Boon bottles you have! We seriously tried every bottle for colic and fussiness and none of them worked except Boon! It's nice because the inside is silicone and collapses as they drink so there is less air.

My mom put me and my siblings in nightgowns to sleep so that she didn't even have to take our pjs off to change diapers. An even easier alternative to the zip up pjs
You're gunna need A MILLION wipes!!! They are life savers. Definitely get a lot more
I'm a baby sitter, but I use wipes like crazy. They are so easy to use to for wiping face, hands, feet, or litterly anything you need. Also a swing! Some babies don't like it, but it's worth a try :)
Copper pearl swaddles are literally the best so if you don’t have any then I highly recommend getting some!!!

for your hospital bag you should get a squeeze bottle so that you can fill it with warm water and use it to clean stitches down there if you rip my sister did this and it helped a lot to keep stitches clean

I really think the baby's name is going to be peach! I know in their video they said they weren't going to be using that name but there's that "peachy" sign in the baby's room and I saw the same sign in Aspyns last vlog and there was a princess peach blanket in the basket of blankets she showed!
I recommend just sticking with one brand baby wipes, my niece was getting a rash and it was because of using different brands of baby wipes. So recommend paying attention to the different types of baby wipes you use for your little baby girl.
Diaper rash cream! And try and get some ma’am pacifiers my kids loved those. Tommie tippee bottles are great. Try all baby and mommy Freda products because they are life changing. Hope this helped!!

You really need cream for the baby’s bum for the changing supply basket!! I work at a children’s hospital and we always see babies coming in with rashes or diaper burn and cream after changing their diaper helps prevent it!!
When it comes to washcloths I personally recommend thin ones. It’s easier to clean under the neck

I saw some one else commented but yes a swing !! For me personally baby hated sleeping in her bassinet or her crib when she was little so she only wanted to sleep in my arms or a swing ! (Only used it for naps)
A swing, eating bibs, cloth bibs for drool, cloths for spit up/drool, and one of those playing gyms
I’d suggest getting a trashcan for the nursery! Having to throw everything away in the bathroom or something is not ideal!
Even when my daughter was a newborn, I made it part of our morning routine from the beginning to put her in actual day clothes rather than having her in pjs all day long. Nothing was ever fancy because there’s no point in that, but I still got her dressed, and now it’s just routine, as I said. Not that you have to do that, but just thought I’d mention it since everyone thinks newborns only wear pjs lol.
Additionally, I’ve heard iffy things on Honest Co. diapers-leaks, etc. I use hellobello diapers and they’re all natural, for half the price and they hold up perfectly! I love them. My favourite wipes are Huggies natural care though.
Funnily enough, I have the same two sound machines. I have been using the soundspa one for almost a year now (my daughter will be a year in just a month, so literally her whole life haha), and I just bought the Hatch because the soundspa runs on batteries, and although the batteries last an okay amount of time, if you plan to run the sound machine often, it just becomes a pain, especially when I’ve literally had the batteries go out right when I need it most and then I have to deal with a restless baby and changing batteries at the same time. That’s why I got the Hatch since it’s plug in and I don’t have to worry about it.

I have a 5 month old little girl and she sleeps in a dockAtot. I absolutely love it, she sleeps so well in it and I truly believe it is the reason she slept through the night at a very early age. If anyone is looking for one TJMaxx.com has them sometimes and for way cheaper than the dockAtot website.

I preferred the Love to Dream swaddle vs. the Velcro for nighttime. The Velcro woke up our baby during nighttime feeding and changes.
A diaper pail is last thing i can think of like needing wise. I found that i used it when my son was like nb-8 months old and then kind of quit using it. But it is really really handy. Poo poos stink and it helps haha. I also think an activity mat would also be nice for her.
