I have a Beyond and think you basically said all the same things I would about it. My only negatives are that the clip clearance is low for thicker pocket seams and that the scales "snail trail" very easily - but that is almost building up like a patina from me carrying it as a user.

It has very a futuristic look indeed. But what surprised me is that they are comfortable. Usually hard angles make a knife uncomfortable. Not this one surprisingly.
