Wow thank you! I didn't realize I needed to figure out how to turn on auto low latency mode and variable refresh rate. Now I've finally got 4k AND 120hz!
My xbox1 s is showing that everything is supported on my LG CX but for some reason 4k blu rays aren't working properly. I either get a black screen or I get 1080p resolution. This is very strange because everything worked perfectly fine before but now it isn't.
Hi I'm very confused. My Hisense U6g says it runs 4k@60hz on the HDMI ports but after over-riding settings on my Xbox, it allows me to select 1080p@120fps. The tv also confirms it. I notice better responsiveness when I'm gaming at 120hz but I'm not noticing much of a change visually, like I did when moving from 30fps to 60fps (night and day difference). I'll like to know if this is the true 120fps my TV is running, as I have never before experienced that refresh rate so I don't really know what to expect.
I tried everything you've done this on this video the exact same and it's still not working. So I had to go and get my ps5 just so I could watch some 4k blu rays no messing about you put the disc in it loads.
Sorry if you see this comment I made that you made I discovered that my TV is 60Hz but I set it to 120Hz and so now I get that the TV can't support the Xbox and I can't turn it on anymore
