I've never really understood how an English wheel works, but now I do! Thank you for turning down the music at 27:30. I would rather hear your informative conversation - just like I learn from Fitzee's running commentary.
Hi Karl. I've already learnt loads from your channel and I've just subscribed to Jordan after your introduction. I watch Fitzee to! You Canadians have serious skill with metal! 🇨🇦🇦🇺🏴
Nice job Jordan! It's cool that u allowed yourself to be taught a new skill and machine operation. Every day is a school day when I lose the fake pride to become better at the things I love to do!
Very well done. Cool to watch how you guys think togeather. Good team for sure. Love the tipped edge you did. It will really show off the nose of this build. Well done
Good to see a happy reunion and two buddies collaborating on project in the shop. You did a fantastic job on your panel. Can’t wait to see the completion.
That planishing hammer and a ball pain hammer you could make anything nearly, thanks for letting us see it happen, his workshop is wicked, all the best to yous and your loved ones
Priceless. Thank you, I've often looked for just such a video and who new it would be from you. Love your work, hopefully roll into your so one day. Can't wait to watch the next episode😊
Hey Karl, I just have to say, " Jordan couldn't have had a better teacher" The panel came out awesome. What would we all exspect from a pro. I think it was cool that you had him do it from the start. Both of you take care and be safe.
Jordan and Karl great video, the grille is going to look sweet when finished and well travelled. I can see that board bag getting heavier for the return trip though...thumbnail dies, planishing hammer etc cheers
Fair play, I've that had of been me visiting my buddy , I'd of made sure we got pissed half way through and the chances of the grill getting finished would be zero ... but for all the right reasons, super cool collaboration tho 😎 👌
ahhh... where the merch link mate? that black long sleeve is gangster! where do i get?!? (I'll probably hunt a link in old videos, so I was just sayin')
it a damn shame your 2 shops aren't nextdoor to each others I can't even imagine what might roll out if your shop were nextdoor to each others . as for the gril it a grand slam , you know what's cool is that it could be screwed to the grill shell for easy removal like a original Ford racer would have been back in the 30s or 40s .

Commenting before I’m half way but wow it’s so cool to hear you talking through the solution.
The grill is starting to take shape nicely! Thanks for sharing!
Captivating. Watching the process in such detail. and seeing the shape develop thru the various tools is great learning.
Happy you enjoyed Julian

You must know by watching Jordans channel that he is a very skilled fabricator anyway?
You’re right Fred, I’m learning from the master.
Jordan and Karl great video, the grille is going to look sweet when finished and well travelled. I can see that board bag getting heavier for the return trip though...thumbnail dies, planishing hammer etc cheers
Haha might have to leave the boards here and fill the board bag up! Weight restrictions might get me though
Good job 👌

That hammer make's it look so easy 👍
Moves all of material quick!
you two rock from idaho usa
I thought the loaded garbage bag in a boogie board cover was a Schapelle Corby jibe. Wondered if you had been in Australia long enough for that
Hahahah could have been round two all over again!
This video reminds me of when I took up the 5 string banjo. It took me years to become mediocre. Lol!
Sort of looks like the front finder of my 95 s10 cool
Fair play, I've that had of been me visiting my buddy , I'd of made sure we got pissed half way through and the chances of the grill getting finished would be zero ... but for all the right reasons, super cool collaboration tho 😎 👌
Hahah it crossed our mind- we are only halfway haha
That hump makes the grill pop. Almost as if it was an old BMW grill
Great Video. SAFE TRIP HOME.

Cheers Dennis!
Too bad you two are on opposite sides of the world. That was a great vid to watch man.
You’re right. But there be many more months spent here
ahhh... where the merch link mate? that black long sleeve is gangster! where do i get?!? (I'll probably hunt a link in old videos, so I was just sayin')
Hey man! They should still be available on our store- bennettcustomsco.com.au
What size wire is used for the wire form?
1/8”, usually 3/32” but we ran out and honestly it’s a bit harder to bend 1/8” but it holds the forum much better!
thought i was watching make it custom at about 15 min needed to check title
Gotcha yeah!
Love watching Karl but I feel so much more comfortable watching Jordan with a hammer in his hand.
it a damn shame your 2 shops aren't nextdoor to each others I can't even imagine what might roll out if your shop were nextdoor to each others .

You’re totally right- we have some cool ideas coming up for the future!
