- Live at Paris Recording Studios, José Valentino Trio performs an original Latin-funk composition entitled, "Time To Wake Up." I hope this song inspires you to wake up, dance, smile, laugh, and be who you are called to be! It's always a joy to make music with my friends.
Jessie Romero was my first drummer when I started playing professionally at 14 years old. He's been behind the scenes in my career since the beginning and is an extraordinary human being. Bruno and I work together in many capacities. In addition to Bruno being the Lead Engineer for the globally-recognized T.V. data and analytics company, Neilsen, he plays a fantastic piano!

Would be amazing to see you bust into the contemporary/smooth jazz industry - because that would up the bar for everyone else. That industry has a LOT of potential, but too many of their artists play it too safe! Gotta hit it like this!!!
Indeed and thanks so much for the support, Aaron! That industry has been difficult to break into for many years given that there seems to be a mafia of gatekeepers. I tried for many years. By the grace of God, I've thrived in other sectors of the music, television, education, media, & business industries --- and have a great opportunity to help the next generation of aspiring arts entrepreneurs given my trajectory! If the Lord Jesus Christ wants me in the contemporary/smooth jazz industry, I'll be there! I'm His vessel! Blessing brother!
